Los Acebos Ushuaia Hotel

La vista que tiene desde todo el hotel , en especial desde las habitaciones del piso 3 . Se ve todo el canal!! Excelente todo !! Es destacar la atención de Nicolás de recepción y las mozas del bar y Restaurant .

La vista sul porto e sulle montagne è stupenda e vale il viaggio. La colazione è ricca e buona. Lo staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Infine, la struttura propone ottimi servizi gratuiti quali uno shuttle che porta in centro città, classi di tiro con l’arco, e degustazione di vini.

The hotel restaurant is great as well.

The place is renovated. The room was spacious and the views are stunning.

las instalaciones son muy cómodas, el piso alfombrado y la calefacción lo hace un ambiente muy cálido, las vistas son preciosas, la comida y el bar de muy buena calidad, el personal que atiende muy amable y las habitaciones son muy limpias y cómodas

O Hotel fica na parte alta da cidade com lindas vistas. A decoração das áreas comuns do bar e lounge é agradável e de muito bom gosto. Fica um pouco distante do centro, mas oferecem transporte em horários pré determinados e não é difícil usar uber ou taxi. O quarto é confortável e tem um ótimo tamanho. O restaurante tem ambiente elegante e comida boa e sofisticada. Tem elevador. Oferecem pontos de água em vários locais para uso dos hospedes. O pessoal da recepção é simpático e prestativo.

Hotel maravilhoso. Café da manhã incrível, funcionários prestativos. Localização linda. Quarto confortável. Bar e restaurante anexo com excelente comida e preço compatível a Ushuaia.

This should have been a 4 star review but the hotel management have a lot to answer for.
Firstly the positives.
+ most of the staff we encountered were exceptional. A booking error by our tour operator was overcome with minimum fuss at checking and the room was large either 2 double beds, safe and stunning views over Ushuaia. The hotel is modern and light and bright. There is an infrequent shuttle into town if needed but a taxi is only 3€.
And now the negatives.
- the room needs to be on the upper floors in order to get the views we had. The rooms are way too hot even with radiators turned off. To open the windows gives access to bugs. Expect to sleep on the top of the bed.
The hotel is 10 minutes from town and the shuttle bus is infrequent.
The biggest issue however is that myself and my wife are vegan. The hotel were aware of this when booked and stated they could accommodate us without issue…… well this promise was not true.
We spoke to the breakfast manager (one of the least polite and uninterested people I have come across in the hotel industry) wrote to the email to the management to explain our frustration at the lack of options even on a buffet style breakfast ( we even resorted to bringing provisions we had purchased externally).
On day two of three we booked for a lovely meal in the restaurant, only to be informed that of the two dishes suitable for vegan or vegetarian clients was not available. So what did management do about this….. NOTHING. They waited until we had checked out and were awaiting our private transfer to the airport to come and tell us they had read the email and were sorry and would try harder. Not enough and too late. This is a complaint regarding the managements dealing with issues as much as a complaint about the food. Not good enough

Nice hotel with a nice view. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
