Pros:

O Hotel fica na parte alta da cidade com lindas vistas. A decoração das áreas comuns do bar e lounge é agradável e de muito bom gosto. Fica um pouco distante do centro, mas oferecem transporte em horários pré determinados e não é difícil usar uber ou taxi. O quarto é confortável e tem um ótimo tamanho. O restaurante tem ambiente elegante e comida boa e sofisticada. Tem elevador. Oferecem pontos de água em vários locais para uso dos hospedes. O pessoal da recepção é simpático e prestativo.

Cons:

Como fomos no verão entra bastante luminosidade pela janela, mas isso é comum em hotéis. Os travesseiros são muito altos. O café da manhã é servido em buffet que atende bem, mas não tem nada feito na hora, se quiser alguma coisa diferente é cobrado à parte. A equipe do café não é muito simpática. Nada grave, apenas observações.

Hotel maravilhoso. Café da manhã incrível, funcionários prestativos. Localização linda. Quarto confortável. Bar e restaurante anexo com excelente comida e preço compatível a Ushuaia.

Cons:

Como no verão o sol nasce as 4h e se põe as 22h uma sugestão seria colocar persianas isolantes de luminosidade.

La vista panoramica é impagabile, i servizi di ristorante e bar sono molto validi, le attività aggiuntive molte e varie, gli spazi sono ampi e moderni

Cons:

I bagni andrebbero ammodernati, le navette per il centro potenziate, qualche leasure in più da quattro stelle come una piscina aggiunte.

Great views; not quite perfect stay.
Pros:

This hotel is a good choice if you want to stay outside the city in a rustic area of Ushuaia. We booked a third-floor room with an excellent view. There were only four rooms on that floor. The room decor was tired, which detracted somewhat from our enjoyment. There were other small, annoying details like the non-working bidet and the worm on the bed pillow. We enjoyed our two dinners at the hotel restaurant, with its spectacular views of the city and harbor, and helpful, friendly staff. We were happy with the dinner menu choices. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Across the street from the hotel was the start of a hiking trail that led up the mountain, around past a defunct ski area, and back to the hotel. The hike was about two miles, mildly challenging, and was very enjoyable. We stayed both at a hotel in the city and at Los Acebos, which we decided was a really good way to experience Ushuaia.

Highly recommended. Book room with the views.
Pros:

I’m so happy that I picked this hotel over the hotels in town. Its location in the forest just above the town is so peaceful and the views from the room and the common areas windows are just beautiful. Good quality food at the restaurant. Rooms are basic but very clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent bedding.

Excellent hotel, perfect comfort in Ushuaia
Pros:

Extremely clean property, the cleaning staff really do an excellent job. Breakfast had enough options and the on site restaurant had good offerings for food in case you’re too tired to go into town. Also the views are spectacular. If you’re ok to stay a bit out of town then this is a great option.

Cons:

The shuttle bus schedule should run more frequently, we mainly relied on taxis which are cheap.
