Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno, variedad y cantidad. La cama era cómoda y habia una recepcionista joven que era un encanto. La habitación suite de arriba era espaciosa y estaba bien.

Los baños le hace falta una reforma. Aunque para lo que hay por la zona no esta mal.

Las fotos de booking no coinciden con la realidad del hotel.
Me quedé la primer noche y me tuve que ir a otro hotel.
Me cobraron u$183 la noche y es un robo. Las habitaciones están viejas con olor a humedad y sin mantenimiento.
Vean las fotos que saqué de mí habitación para ver la realidad del hotel.
Quiero que me devuelvan el dinero que pagué porque engañan al cliente con las fotos que publican.

Das Zimmer war schön und die Damen an der Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir waren am Wochenende dort. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber eines Nachtclubs. Dort wird sehr laut gefeiert. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an der Straße zum Nachtclub. Die Musik war so laut, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Dem Hotel ist dies bekannt, denn auf unserem Zimmer lagen Ohrstöpsel bereit. Diese haben jedoch nicht geholfen. In der Hotelbeschreibung wird der Nachtclub nicht erwähnt.
Tagsüber fanden Bauarbeiten im Hotel statt. Davon wussten wir auch nichts.

Quarto confortável, com tudo que se precisa. Café da manhã razoável, restaurante também. É provavelmente o hotel mais central de Bocas Town. Por um lado isso é bom porque dali se parte para explorar praias e outras ilhas com facilidade e também se encontra cafés , restaurantes e mercados a pequena distância a pé. Mas isso também é parte do problema, porque todas as noites se escuta música alta até tarde, dificultando o sono.
É um hotel bom como base, sabendo desses detalhes. Porém se a ideia é poder desfrutar também de momentos o hotel em si, para descanso, eu escolheria outro.

Cons:

O barulho, a falta de áreas de estar comuns mais agradáveis e calmas.

Pros:

L’unico aspetto positivo è che è attaccato al molo dove arrivano le barche. Se avete intenzione di stare tutti i giorni in Bocas town la posizione è buona, ma conviene andare altrove

Cons:

Le condizioni della struttura erano scadenti.
Va fatta manutenzione alle camere: sono strette, le finestre non si aprono, c’è puzza di muffa/chiuso, l’aria condizionata è assordante e non è regolabile.
Le condizioni igieniche della camera erano decisamente scadenti con polvere ovunque (vedi foto) .
La colazione non era per niente buona.
Ultimo ma non per gravità: una mattina ci siamo alzati con delle punture sulle gambe. Sospettavamo potessero essere cimici dei letti, ma in reception non si sono preoccupati di fare un check al letto.
Per i prezzi che chiedono ci si aspetta molto di più

A very good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

We had the suite for two nights while the hot water was repaired in our reserved room. The suite was wonderful, with the porch over the water. The hotel location is in the middle of Bocas Town, and it was only a 12 minute walk to the airport terminal.
The staff was very helpful and cheerful, and breakfast was good. Both rooms were clean and well-appointed.
Lots of water taxi options, from the hotel and from adjacent skippers.

Cons:

Our reserved room was small and a bit cramped, and the porch was over the main street, which was a bit noisy at night.

Unser Zimmer und der Ausblick aufs Wasser hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein sehr großes zimmer ganz oben und der Balkon war riesig. Lage sehr zentral

Es war nachts sehr sehr laut obwohl wir in der Regenzeit in Panama waren-sprich nicht so viele Touristen. Die Dame unten meinte wir bekommen das Zimmer ganz oben. Wir freuten uns über das Upgrade bis es am zweiten Nachmittag so laute Bauarbeiten auf dem Dach gab dass wir dachten der bricht uns gleich durch die Decke. Das war absurd laut. Außerdem war die Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Badezimmer ging für ein 4 Sterne Hotel absolut gar nicht! Beim Frühstück darf man sich nur eine Sache aussuchen sonst kostet es und für mich hat es nicht gereicht. Zudem war es unfassbar fettig und so mittel lecker. Der untere komplette Bereich wo man frühstückt isr ab Mittag Restaurant. Also keine liegen wie auf dem Foto. Bis auf eine konnten die Angestellten quasi kein Englisch. Die möbilierung unten ähnelte einem Campingplatz. Verstehe 1.nicht wie die 4 Sterne bekommen konnten und 2. ist der Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. War nicht zufrieden
