Location, staff
Wish they had a bar or food options other that pizza or breakfast sandwiches
Conveniently located to Cedar Point amusement park.
Location and cost value.
The pool and easy access to the location for wrestling
The price! We’ve stayed at hiltons for less than we paid here and it’s definitely no Hilton!! No free breakfast, no coffee in the lobby etc.
The convenience to cedar point was nice. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The front desk and gift shop people were all nice and approachable.
The only thing I would change is quieter ice machines 😁 they was a little noisey
The staff was wonderful! They went above and beyond! Amenities of frig, freezer and microwave.
Nothing
It was close to cedar point and the rooms was clean.
Beds and showers are usually weird in hotels. It’s all about the comfort for bed but I felt like I slept on a board. The shower sprayed weird so it took extra long to wash and rinse.
It’s convenient to the theme park.
The deadbolt on our door didn’t lock. Also it’s weird that they send you the option to upgrade to an adjoining room type a couple days before your stay with no intention of actually giving you one.
Close to cedar point
We liked that it wasn’t very far away from the amusement park.
First disappointment was after paying over $400 for one night at the hotel through Booking.com we were unable to purchase discounted amusement park tickets because we rented the room through a third party. Second disappointment was how tiny the room was for the price! The room was so humid the carpet felt damp and we didn’t want to walk barefoot on it. The blankets were so thin half of us froze to death and there was not even one extra blanket- and not even a closet to put anything in. The bathroom was not clean and the room was not tidy. The curtains in the window didn’t even match.
The staff was nice.

Pool location
No soap in bath room and dirty bedding
From the minute we arrived we knew our experience was going to be interesting to say the least, People outside the entrance drinking smoking blocking the entrance. Continue into the lobby a guy passed out on a chair bunch of intoxicated people hanging out in the lobby. Got to our room it was dirty our toddler kept finding random items and an oily substance on the night stand. Our A/c unit worked poorly so the room stayed pretty warm all weekend. People out in the parking lot at night being loud, the hallways and elevator constantly smelling like marijuana. Definitely not a place we would recommend especially if you are traveling with children. We solely booked this hotel based on it being cedar point affiliated and that was a mistake on our part, we try to make a trip to cedar point twice a year and staying was our first and last time here.
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Good value for your money and very close to Cedar Point. Pool area is nice and great for kids.
Very large hotel (400+ rooms). Outside seemed kind of sketch when we pulled in however thankfully room was relatively clean with modern decor. Had microwave, small fridge and freezer. Comfortable beds and AC worked nicely! Hallways were a bit dirty and needed vacuumed- lots of random trash bits everywhere. They have coffee available to purchase in gift shop $3 for a small cup! Good place to stay near cedar point- you’re paying premium price for park proximity with no extra perks like free breakfast.
