Great location and better than expected

Clean, good proximity to parks and outside restaurants. Quiet, nice staff.
Pros:

Nice location, center to a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was welcoming. No line for check in, quiet the entire night no loud hallway traffic and the walls were not super thin like other hotels

See above; large hotel but very outdated, old and not kept up with. My room had a bad odor.
Pros:

Plenty of parking is about the only thing that I liked

Cons:

It was old/outdated
My room stunk
Staff was mediocre; looked at my driver's license and said oh... your from wv (i wasnt sure how to take that)

Decent room
Pros:

Previous reviews are accurate. There’s nothing special about this hotel. But my review is based off 3 things. Location, quiet, cleanliness. All three of those boxes were checked, so I have no reason not to give this hotel. 5 starts. My visit was in May in the middle of the week during a weekday so there’s no reason why my room shouldn’t be clean with minimum people occupying space. I have better experience at the room than I did in the park.

Great budget hotel!
Pros:

Great budget hotel! Clean, safe, and friendly staff. And can’t beat early entry to the park!

Cons:

My only complaint is you can hear everything in the hallway and outside the window. Someone was outside shouting very late at night which was disruptive. But this is no fault of the employees. I would still undoubtedly stay here again

Highly recommend replacing some staff making some renovations and compensating your guest.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing and it started with the check-in. The receptionist was very unwelcoming, she displayed obvious annoyance while searching for my reservation, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Cons:

Unfortunately the check-in was awful. The room could not get any worse however, my friend and I were very displeased. Booking this hotel online was quite deceiving. The room was a joke, zero star or perhaps -5 start if applicable. Reminded me of a AA motel, the beds certainly need to be replaced, unless you enjoy feeling a box spring mattress in your back, the diner table and chairs were an absolute shock. For the amount that I paid, this is a disgrace, and I definitely would never recommend this to anyone of my friends or family, I was basically robbed. What a disgrace.

Overall service, room wasn't cleaned and when we requested towels and tp , nobody came. We had to go to front desk for them.

Pros:

The close proximity to the amusement park. The outdoor pool open late.

Cons:

First night we didn’t have hot water. We checked out and had to re check in to a different room for the week. The 2nd room we stayed in 1 night and the next morning woke up to ants crawling all over our bed, table and infants diapers. The splash pad was broken most of the time so our toddler couldn’t even play in it.

We enjoyed our stay at a very nice place except for the pool problem and a fire alarm going off
Pros:

Room was ready when we arrived Extra towels were gotten without a hassel Location was as good as you can without staying in the parking lot

Cons:

Life guards were over protected quit a lot - Pool was not crowded at all but a family of kids and their dad were throwing a small football around not bothering anyone and were told to stop, Then security was called for no reason My grandson was wearing a swimmask for over an hour with no problems then all of a sudden he was not allowed to wear it because it covered his nose A lot of people sitting around the pool said no fun allowed
