A Fun place to stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, eager to please. Breakfast was delicious (esp. Mary's biscuits & gravy). Pool was fun. Fire pit relaxing.😄

Great value for hotel stay, definitely would stay again if coming through Northern Iowa.

It was just fine even with the noise.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay clean room staff was great. We had a room on the main floor with the room above us having young children non stop running back and fourth most of the night into the early morning. I would suggest a room on the second floor just sayin! Over all i would stay with them again.

Cons:

Not having the noisy neighbors above us. Breakfast was not to our liking. We had to go out and get breakfast.

The service and cleanliness was tremendous.

Cons:

The beds were a bit on the firm side. In the hotel’s defense, it seems that most hotel beds are about that firm. Still slept well!

This is a nice property and is centrally located.

Cons:

This a very busy hotel with guests coming and going at all hours, so the continuous noise in the hallways means that it's not optimal for those traveling for work.
