An exceptional experience
Pros:

Fantastic location. Right in the heart of the zoo. Stayed in the Giraffe Treetop accommodation. Alpacas roaming freely n the front yard and the Giraffe at the back balcony. An unforgettable experience.

Perfect unique experience.
Pros:

We loved our stay at Jamala. We were in the Meerkat Room. The Meerkats are in an enclosure outside the room. You have access to view the enclosure anytime. The food was top quality. We were first down for breakfast and the lion was still in her cave. She growled good morning to us and then went down into her private area. The tour of the zoo was very informative and interactive.
