Pros:

Un problème sanitaire nous a fait changer de chambre et nous avons été surclassé après insistance

Cons:

Cet hôtel dispose de nombreux équipements de confort mais n’est pas confortable au quotidien : pas une seule chaise dans une suite avec pourtant un grand salon de 5 places, pas de lampes de chevet, éclairage de la salle de bains tellement tamisé qu’il est impossible de s’y maquiller. De même une grande piscine mais avec autour juste quelques chaises en métal et 5 ou 6 transats en lattes de bois sans matelas.
Petit déjeuner répétitif et décevant même si le personnel est souriant mais très limité en anglais.

Это хорошая крепкая Вьетнамская сетевая 4ка. За эти деньги в ХойАн это просто подарок. Вы не в центре, это скоре плюс чем минус, у вас через дорогу свой пляж, чистый и просторный. Неплохой завтрак. Достаточно большие номера. Еще раз, это настоящий сетевой отель с сетевым сервисом. Хорошим, сетевым ,отельным сервисом. Если вы самостоятельно передвигаетесь на байке, не ищите больше ничего. Это лучший вариант в ХойАн по соотношению цена/качество.

Cons:

Возможно в скором времени нужно освежить ремонт, но не сильно критично. все еще выглядит достойно, Мы осознанно выбрали этот отель, до брони на букинг, у нас была возможность зайти в отель и посмотреть номера

Abandoned Resort - And that is a good thing
Pros:

Super quiet "far from everything" place, if you look for some silence in Vietnam - this is the place. Superb view to the river. Carpets, so no one will make noise dragging furniture

Cons:

Still could hear some noisy neighbours in the bathroom, a slight mold smell but healthy enough for 1 night stay, breakfast is the worse I ever saw in an hotel but i didn't expect anything from it anyway :D Just order some banh mi in Grab for 25k and you are good

Pros:

The hotel was a good hotel but unfortunately the area has declined since covid and does need some repairs and revamping. Both our showers didnt work when we arrived and they did fix them straight away. There is a great pool with only a few chairs and the beach is a very short walk across the road. Cua Dai beach town is a 900 metre walk away, too short for a grab taxi and a little far too walk in the sun. The staff are very friendly and our breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The location is just too far from restaurants and cafes too walk and it is in need of a revamp but I dont think they are getting enough customers to pay for it.

Amazing Staff and huge comfy room!
Pros:

The hotel wasn't perfect by any stretch but the reason for the high score is down to the staff. From the moment we entered they went out of their way to ensure we were looked after. So kind and welcoming! They helped us with motorbike hire and onwards travel but the highlight was presenting me with a Birthday cake which was totally unexpected! Thank you so much Thao and the rest of the team! We also had a huge suite which had beautiful river views and bed was comfortable ! Lovely pool too! Great value for money and location was spot on for those wanting to be close to the beach.

Cons:

Despite the fantastic staff, the hotel did have an empty feel to it and lacked in atmosphere but not a deal breaker for us. The breakfast wasn't great either and finished at 9am which was too early.

Disappointed
Cons:

We tried their restaurant at lunch and were the only people there. Waited 40 minutes for the food and when it came, it was no good at all.

Breakfast was also bad with just some food and not many options. We were there 1 hour before closing. Many people working but everything was empty and it feels weird for us guests to tell them to refill everything.

They offer bike rental 100K VND/day but there were never any bikes available. We asked all 3 days we stayed with them.

They also offer to borrow umbrellas but they were "finished" all 3 days also. This even though it was low season. There were not even many guests at the hotel. And for such a grand hotel, how can bikes and umbrellas not be available?

Our toiled had some leaking which made the whole floor wet..

They offer no shuttle bus or transportation service. Which was very inconvenient since the hotel is placed at a place where it is not near anything. They told us to call a taxi ourselves.

Says they have a private beach, but when we got there. There were no sunbeds. It was a few on the beach offered by other people and they all costed money.

When we checked in, they said we had free water in our room. But when we checked out, they asked us to pay for the water.
They also told us to sit and wait while they check the room during check out. We sat on their sofa for 15 minutes and waited. Many staff there saw us but no one asked if we needed any help. After we waited 15 minutes (and also our taxi driver) we went and asked them if the room was OK. They said "yes, it is okay and you can leave". Very upsetting experience, as they asked us to wait, saw us waiting for so long and still didn't give us the information that we could leave. Bad staff and bad greetings.
