Pros:

Grande chambre , personnel au petit soins. Tout fonctionne parfaitement.

Cons:

L éclairage de la chambre la nuit est insuffisante ce qui fait un peu chuter ça note.

Pros:

Great location. Spacious room. Good view from rooms with large windows. Very peaceful and quiet.

A couple of days our room was skipped by housekeeping even though we were not often in the room.

Fantastic value
Pros:

Very clean. Excellent staff that helped us with the safe multiple times! Small balcony. Pool with bar. Next to nice swimming beach. Across from excellent Thai food and above very nice Italian food. Mini mart few steps away. Basic furnishings but super value! If you don’t need fancy this is A+ and fantastic value!

Cons:

Everything great! Maybe add basic directions for using the safe.

Deuxième séjour ici et toujours le même qualité
Pros:

Le personnel très sympa, toujours prêt à rendre service la location d’un scooter avec l’hôtel, pas de caution . L’hôtel fait partie du Canal Samui Resort donc vous bénéficiez de tous les avantages notamment de la piscine . Le petit déjeuner très copieux.

That said, overall we had a good stay and were generally happy with our experience.
Pros:

The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.

The hotel also offers access to a pool, which is a nice bonus. We didn’t end up using it since the sea is located very close to the hotel, which was very convenient for us.

Breakfast is not included, but there are good breakfast options available, and there are also many great places to eat nearby.

Cons:

However, there were a few things that could be improved. We noticed some stains on the bed linen, the towels had a slight oily smell, and the balcony door did not close properly. These details affected the overall impression a bit.

Cons:

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son muy ruidosas, los cristales son muy finos y entra todo el ruido. El dia del check out a las 11:50 ya estaba el personal tocando a la puerta para invitarnos a irnos.
