The maintenance of the establishment especially the heater was not functioning properly. But all in all the hotel was good and comfortable.

Filthy and smells bad
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful, there is a nice coffee machine in the room, the location is good. We booked a smoking room by mistake and the staff was able to change us to a non-smoking room with no problem.

Cons:

The hotel is rundown and filthy. Usually I do not mind staying in a hotel that is old as long as it's clean, but this one wasn't. There was a strong urine smell coming from the bathroom. We asked the staff to clean it, they gave us an ozone machine and nothing more. The smell was still there when we got back. There are stains on the wall and furniture. We did not feel relaxed after staying there because of the filth. There's a strong cigarette smell in the hallway, I think that the non-smoking and smoking rooms are nearby. They should close this hotel and give it a good clean before letting anyone stay there.

适合预算不是很多的旅友
Pros:

酒店工作人员非常热情，地理位置也非常好

Cons:

隔音效果太不好了，隔壁一个声响都能听见，还有走廊说话都能听见，而且酒店的被套它老跑，有条件建议带自己的

エントランスは明るくキレイでフロント係も親切でした。

とても部屋が狭くベッドで横になる以外は何もできない。
ユニットバスの床がはがれておりバスタブは狭く体を洗うのに苦労する。
ハンガーが2本しかない。
壁やガラスが薄いのか他人の足音や早朝のカラスの鳴き声が気になる。
