싼가격이라 큰 기대는 없었지만 화장실이나 시설이 너무 낡고 무서웠음. 수영장이 있다고 광고했지만 실제 쓸 수 없는 오염저수지였음. 그리고 아랍사람들이 많이 오는 지역이어서 분위기가 아랍같음.

Friendly English speaking helpful staff. I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative. The room （superior）was comfortable and clean. The pool is huge, but needs some repairs and cleaning. Water was clear. They're doing some fixing up in the hotel. The bar/food place at the pool was closed during my visit as well no breakfast was offered, due to offseason. The hotel is next to a 7-11 and backs to sunee plaza. A few minutes walk to the main Pattaya areas. I will stay again. On the booking apps they offer breakfast and rooms with pool views which do not exist

Quality of average motel in Pattaya gay area. Good swimming pool, but recently in some disorder around it, still good for swimming. Wifi up and down half time, but still available. Definitely not for travelers with high expectations or families with children.

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Das Hotel ist ein Sanierungsfall
von der Fliese im Flur bis zum Pool. Matratzen alt Klimaanlage laut usw.
Es ist dort fast alles kaputt.
Die Frauen an der Rezeption sind sehr nett.
Ich kann von dem Hotel nur abraten.

Talking about cleanliness: this is the room I was first given (see pictures)! Haha
Even though it shouldn't be acceptable, being the building pretty big, it could happen that they'd lose track of the cleaning roaster. Fortunately, I was reassign a different (cleaner) room.
As other guests have reported, bed linen weren't the cleanest, and mattress' spring had seen better days.

Am Tag der Anreise wurde meine Buchung nicht gefunden. Nach einiger Zeit dann wohl doch. Ich bekam 2 Schlüssel und sollte mir ein Zimmer aussuchen. Habe dann das nicht so sehr schmutzige Zimmer genommen.
Der Spiegel im Bad hatte 100 schwarze Flecken . Mit etwas Glück konnte man sich erkennen.
Darunter die Ablage wurde nur noch vom Silikon -Film gehalten . Da habe ich mir nicht getraut das Duschbad abzustellen.
Internet (WIFI) funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Weder mit Mobiltelefon und auch mit dem Computer .
Schwimmbad wurde gereinigt während ich gerade im Wasser war. Nur mit Glück habe ich nichts vom Chlor abbekommen was ohne Vorwarnung ins Wasser geworfen wurde. Und zwielichtige Gestalten hängen jeden Tag am Pool herum . Die etwas mit dem Hotelmanagement zu tun haben müssen. Positiv war nur das jeden Tag grob gereinigt wurde und ich neue Handtücher hatte.
Finger weg von diesem Hotel.

Dirty and unhygienic wouldn't recommend

The staff didn't know I was coming even though I had paid in advance. I was shown 6 rooms before I considered one clean enough to stay in. Left 2 days early even though they were paid for

욕실은 작고 쓰기가 불편했습니다... 창문이 다 닫히지 않아 밖에 소리도 다들리고 의자나 서랍등이 고장난 것도 많았습니다...

Very poor condition. Has a lightball that not worked, the answer was engineer come tomorrow, never got it to work.

This hotel provides the bare minimum. The bed and bathroom is clean. But I had to go to the front desk to get new clean towers each day because they forgot to clean my room. Close to night life... less than 1 min walk to bars.

The pool was green and so there was no way I was swimming. (This photo has no filter and has NOT been photoshopped.) They need new towels, badly.

Very old and run down place. Location is ok if you want to go to walking street. Big pool although beers around the pool were more expensive than anywhere else in thailand.

Ich war schon 5 mal in diesem Hotel. Leider wurde in den Jahren die Renovierung vernachlässigt.
Ein wenig Farbe würde ja schon reichen. Die Zimmer laden nicht zum Verweilen ein. Eine Renovierung findet wohl derzeit statt. Ich habe da 3 Hobbyhandwerker im Haus gesehen.Ich habe mich dort nicht mehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zmmer sind abgewohnt, die Betten durchgelegen, die Handtücher sind alt und dringend erneuerungsbedürftig. Ich war drauf und dran mir ein Badetuch zu kaufen.
So fühlt man sich nicht wohl im Urlaub.>Sehr schade für dieses traditoinsreiche Haus. Der Inhaberschaft hat wohl wieder gewechselt. Im Foyer ist alles noch so wie vor 12 JAhren bei meinem 1. Besuch. Die Bar ist inzw.geschlossen. Das Personal ist aber freundlich und serviceorientiert. Vielleicht wird es ja nochmal mit diesem Hotel. Potenzial ist genug da. Ich werde aber zwischenzeitlich dort erstmal nicht mehr buchen. Sehr schade...

I've stayed there many times, but it has fallen into very poor condition. Bed and bedding a mess and needs to be replaced. Pool area needs major repair. No food service in the pool area. Would not stay there again.

1. There was no lift and I had to carry my luggage upto the second floor while check in and checkout. No bell boys to assist.
2. No phone in the room & no room service. If we have any requirement we will have to walk down to the ground floor to check with the receptionist and they direct us outside to the departmental store.
3. The wash basin pipe was broken and all the water used flow down to the floor. After a couple of days it was repaired.
4. Black ants in the toilet commode, wash basin and on the cot (on the headrest close to the pillow).
5. Air-condition doesn’t cool. Had to switch on the fan to get the room cool.
6. Swimming pool ladder is loose and guests may risk an injury.

Te swimming pool is the best thing in this hotel. Nothing else good to say
