Pros:

Great hotel to stay at. The rooms were very large and clean and the location was great. Close to two mini convenience stores and great food options near by.
The staff were all so helpful and went above and beyond to help us.

Pros:

We stayed for a few nights at the Golden Legend Diamond Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely attentive to our needs. The location is great. The hotel staff was the nicest we'd ever met. Wonderful people. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Excellent staff - great place to stay
Pros:

Hotel is down a side street but in a good location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast could not have been better. Our thanks to Caroline, Amanda and Tyson. Would strongly recommend this very clean hotel.

매우 좋은 위치, 작지만 깨끗한 호텔
Pros:

실내 청결하고, 작지만 테라스가 있어서 경치 조망도 좋습니다. 근처에 관광지가 많아서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 곳이 많습니다.
스탭들이 매우 친절하구요. 조식도 무척 맛있습니다.
위치도 훌륭해서 주위에 맛집이 많구요.
한글로 된 맛집들도 프린트해서 알려주네요.
체크아웃 후 짐 보관도 해주는 것 같습니다.

골목에 작은 호텔들이 줄지어 있으니
이름 잘 살펴서 가시면 됩니다.

이 올드타운 지역 전체적으로 대중교통은 없다고 보셔야 됩니다.
그래서 공항에서 택시로 접근하는 것이 편합니다.
공항으로 갈 때는 호텔에서 택시를 예약하고, 호텔에 돈을 지불하면 안전합니다.

친절함 그 자체!
Pros:

친절함과 맛있는 조식의 콜라보. 영어를 잘 못한다고 말하니 직원이 번역기로 의사소통하였고 직원들 항상 웃고 친절하고 좋은 정보를 많이 알려줬다. 조식 메뉴 많지는 않지만 알차고 반미와 쌀국수가 너무 맛있었다. 마지막에 밤 비행기라 일정마치고 샤워도 하고가게 해줘서 상쾌하게 여행을 마무리한 것 같다. 공항 픽업서비스도 합리적인 가격으로 투숙객들은 이용하면 좋을 것 같다. 여행동안 호텔 덕분에 더욱 수월하게 여행을 즐겼고 하노이의 좋은 추억으로 남았다.

ホテルランクは高く無いですが、スタッフの方々のホスピタリティがとても高いです。

●空港からのアクセス
ピックアップ、ドロップオフをお願いしていました。空港までは片道40分程度はかかりますが、15$程度なので、ぜひお願いした方が良いと思います。

●朝食
2泊しましたが、メニューが少しづつ変化があり、良かったです。フォーもオーダー式で作っていただき、美味しかったです。

●部屋
ジュニアスイートに宿泊しましたが、ちょうど良い広さでした。シャワーの水圧はやや弱いですが清潔感が保たれています。

●チェックイン
ゆっくりな英語で丁寧に喋ってもらえ、理解しやすかったです。また、周辺MAPもいただけたので、観光がしやすかったです。

가성비 최고입니다. 가족여행이면 패밀리 스위트 강추합니다!!
Pros:

패일리 스위트 시티뷰로 3박 숙박하였습니다. 일단 호텔 직원들이 너무 친절하였고 가성비가 정말 뛰어납니다. 3인가족 지내기에 넓고 편안하였구요 시설도 깔끔하고 위치도 올드쿼터 지역이라 관광지나 맛집들도 가깝습니다. 조식은 간단하지만 쌀국수나 오믈렛 팬케익 반미 등등 제 개인적으로는 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에도 하노이에 가게 된다면 다시 묵을 의햐이 있습니다.

골든 다이아몬드 레전드 호텔 가성비 짱.
Pros:

가격대비 정말 좋았네요. 4인 가족여행으로 갔었구요. 호안끼엠 호수 도 가깝고 성당은 약3분정도..
맥주거리는 저녁에 잘때 오토바이 소리때문에 정신이 없다고 하는데.. 이곳은 저녁10시이후에는 거의 오토바이 소리를 들을수 없었어요... 호텔에서 주는 가까운 음식점에 잘알려진 곳..음.pho 10 이 바로 1분 거리에 있어요..저희는 많이 기다려야 해서 다른 곳에서 먹었는데 ... 모든 음식을 만족했네요..
호텔의 조식은 음.. 가짓수는 적어요..하지만, 저희 가족 7일을 베트남에서 호텔을 3곳 을 옮기며 먹은 조식 중 가장 좋았다고 하고 있어요...
