Čisto a příjemný personál a výborné snídaně
Hotel pěkný, personál velmi příjemný, postele pohodlné, snídaně velmi dobrá - slaná i sladká, wellnes, parkování u hotelu. Dobrá lokalita - v blízkosti několik skiareálů, lyžárna v hotelu.
Bazén trochu malý pro tak velký hotel. Na pokoji nám chyběla rychlovarná konvice, popř. malá lednička by byla super.

Die Buffetanordnung beim Frühstück! Das Buffet war auf sehr kleinen Raum angebracht. Leider kam es dann vermehrt zu Wartezeiten.

Hotel with friendly staff, the room was tidy and spacious, breakfast was delicious too! Unfortunately I had only a one night stay - not enough time to explore the wellness facilities. Definitely many reasons to come back ..

Ottimo servizio spa. Unica pecca è che nonostante il divieto ci sono i bambini e trasformano il tutto in un acqua park. Sono favorevole ai bambini, meno ai genitori poco rispettosi verso gli altri ospiti.
