Pros:

Colazione vista mare, il silenzio e la sensazione di pace che si respira nella struttura.
La disponibilità dello staff nel venire incontro a determinate esigenze o problematiche.
La struttura in sé è bellissima, siamo clienti affezionati da ben sei anni

Cons:

I bagni delle camere standard avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata. La posizione del condizionatore in alcune stanze fa in modo che il getto dell' aria arrivi direttamente sul letto, rendendo impossibile l'utilizzo durante la notte

Pros:

Villa principale, estrno molto bello. Posizione dell'hotel molto comoda per arggiungere spiagge .

Cons:

la struttura esterna molto bella ma le camere ( quelle esterne alla struttura principale) andrebbero rinnovate, sono obsolete e anche se sono pulite non ti sembrano in ordine per questo motivo.

Comfortable stay in a good location
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet room, delicious sweet breakfast choices.

Cons:

Breakfast was a sugar overload. The savoury options were cheese, salami, ham and boiled eggs, but there were no vegetables at all. Our bathroom was quite dated, especially the shower. We had a lovely stay, but it didn't feel like a 4-star hotel.

Uma estadia maravilhosa
Pros:

O café da manhã é fantástico e a localização perfeito. Staff muito bem preparado e super simpático. Frederica da recepção é muito atenciosa e nos ajudou em absolutamente tudo. Não tenho nada a me queixar da estadia.

Un lloc molt i molt especial
Pros:

Ens vam enamorar d’aquesta “villa” només veure-la! és un edifici del segle XIX que combina estils arquitectònics i decoratius variats: morisc, gòtic i romàntic. Era com retrocedir en el temps i endinsar-se de ple en l’art nouveau.
La nostra habitació era magnífica, molt gran i amb una terrassa espectacular amb vistes al mar. Mobles antics originals. Tot molt net, el personal súper amable. Volem fer una menció especial a la Federica, que ens va rebre amb molta cordialitat, va respondre a totes les nostres preguntes i ens va facilitar molta informació. L'esmorzar és molt abundant i variat i el pots fer també en una terrassa amb vistes al mar.

Fuga dallo stress e compleanno al mare
Pros:

Dimora storica bellissima in un contesto, quello di Santa Cesarea Terme, molto suggestivo.
Posizione fantastica a due passi dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi.
Pulizia impeccabile, servizi ottimi, come la colazione sulla terrazza che si affaccia sul mare.
Staff gentile e sempre disponibile sia in reception che per il servizio di prima colazione.
Struttura consigliatissima anche solo per una fuga dallo stress.

Posizione ed eleganza della struttura

Cons:

Premesso che le persone addette al check-in sono state gentilissime e professionali, si percepiva l’assenza di qualcuno che fosse coinvolto stabilmente. Il personale c’è per qualche ora al giorno, fatto che limita gli orari di check in e check out ed esclude qualunque flessibilità. La colazione non era certamente all’altezza della struttura, anonima e sciatta (solo pane in cassetta, solo erogatore di bevande senza servizio al tavolo, assenza di latte fresco).
