The address of this hotel is incorrect. So, at next day i have a plan to go to sunrise tour, I cannot meet tour guide because the address of this hotel is not correct.

It was close to the Maliaboro street and transportation, travel agents are close by.
Our room was nice but bathroom and toilet could have better cleaning.

Pros:

The hotel is close to Malioboro Street. However, it's a little set back from the street, so it's not noisy. There are many shopping stores, but not many restaurants. Many people eat at food stalls. You can also go to the Royal Palace and Tamansari within a 30 minute walk.
My room was on the 5th floor, WiFi connection was not good and sometimes disconnected.
