Great location, friendly staff but the rooms are a bit tired, though overall good value.
Pros:

Excellent location, within easy reach of the main shopping and restaurant area. Very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The room was a bit tired, particularly the bathroom with towels that were a bit thin and slightly grey.

Cara booking.com dan hotel saling lempar prtnyaan.dsuruh nanya ksini,djwabnya nanya ksana.
Petugas hotel kurang attitude,alih2 sibuk ada yg cek in..dsuruh telp lgi nti😔hati2 pesan akomodasi melalu apl ini,slain ga bisa memilih hotel mana yg benar2 ada,juga bnyaknya hotel bstatus sbg penipu😁😁sekali lagi..pindah haluan aja klo pesen2,ini mah bodong🤪

Bla bla bla..drama yg sgaja dbuat panjang,yg sharusnya tamu di hub via wa pun,tanya kdatangan,konfirmasi jam kdtgan, gak trjadi!malah sy kalo org melas mnta bantuin reschedule..berkali kal,bahkan sampe hari ci ke 1..dan akhirmya slsai😄membayar lunas hotel tanpa mengginap..
Lumayanlah 3 h 2 m nya,buat mas dn mbak yg jaga telp,mnta perubahan kapan pun di bilang full..so silahkan mnikmati 2 malam di regantris malioboro,GRATIS DARI SAYA

整體來說還是不錯的住宿空間，但還有一些小地方可以加強。
Pros:

飯店人員服務很好，即便語言不通也會耐心聆聽需求，問題反應過後很快就解決了。
飯店的位置不錯，走幾步路就可以抵達大街和百貨商場，讓人感覺很安全很安心，附近的紀念品商店，餐廳都很棒。
床鋪柔軟，每天都有客房打掃。

Cons:

房間的對外隔音不是很好，一大早就會聽到附近人群攤販還有伊斯蘭朝拜的廣播聲。
飯店似乎沒有提供吹風機，而且吹風機插上某個插座+同時與冷氣共用的話，就會發生跳電。浴室也比較老舊，有些地方打掃不是那麼仔細。

Lack of maintenance hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

Location is a short walk to Marlioboro street. Outside hotel has several street vendors for supper, shopping and a laundry service. Travel agents for car rental etc. very accessible.
Spacious rooms
Good international buffet breakfast
Lifts to rooms though it worked for 90 percent
Friendly staff

Cons:

Toilet smells
Door to the room is shaky and a gap can be seen despite being shut
Bath towels are old and worn out. Looks more like floor mats
Supposed rooftop bar is closed for renovation
