Atención recibida. Ubicación, y el entorno de la habitación. El espacio acogedor y muy limpio. Muy satisfechos y agradecidos.

A mejorar, sería perfecto con una cama doble y un sofá más cómodo

Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage wirklich perfekt.
Pros:

Frühstück ist gleich fußläufig möglich oder eben in der eigenen Küche.

Cons:

Leider ist gegenüber noch eine Baustelle, aber wenn man vormittags sowieso die Wohnung verläßt, um sich Riva etc. anzusehen, ist es völlig egal. In der Nacht ist es super ruig. Die Lage ist grandios!

Lokalizacja jest największą zaletą.Bardzo blisko do głowej plaży oraz do centrum miasta.

Cons:

Brama otwartą całą noc. Dodatkowa opłata za parking i ... za klimatyzację.Z tym się jeszzcze nie spotałem i urąga to mieacu w tytule którego pojawia sie słowo Villa.

Very nice and cozy apartment very close to everything
Pros:

Great apartment overall, has small garden, parking (extra cost), super close to the lake and to all restaurants and shops. Host is nice and helpful

Cons:

Nothing really.
AC for extra cost surprised us a bit but host has waved the fee so I am very thankful for that

Not good value for the price.
Pros:

The lake Garda is great. Villa is situated close to the beach and the Flora icecream shop.

Cons:

The host does not state clearly that children are not welcomed at this property to share the apartment with you and if so, they are alway considered as adults at this place.So you have to cash out extra on arrival.
The manager’s attitude is that you have to pay extra surcharge for every single thing in cash on arrival if you go via booking com:every child €30/night to stay with you,parking on their own lawn €10/night,dog €18/night etc.
I mean you may easily be €250 a night here for a family stay in the dark small moldy flat without balcony,outdated furniture,sleeping on a sofa with buzz from an old refrigerator which goes at 40dB at night and disturbs your sleep. This is ridiculous.
I’m regular at Riva and stayed in many places around for €150-200 a night all inclusive which were way better than this.
