Very nice welcoming . I would like too say I b8g thankyou too the man worker who helped me in the lift my bags too heavy carry stairs he kindly took me in lift bless thanks so much .

Shabby rooms - overpriced

Staff rattling trolleys from banqueting suite after midnight. Guests gathered under my room to smoke and chat till 1am. Smoke entering Ty he room via open window on warm night.

Room 307 air conditioning unit leaking
Pros:

Free parking.

Cons:

We stayed in room 307 the day was hot, we used the air conditioning to cool down. After around an hour or two the air conditioning unit started to leak water. The air conditioning unit in that room is located above the bed, the leakage wet our power bank that was on charge and other items that were on the bedside table. Such an inconvenience! We were then moved to room 110 the air conditioning in that room did not work adequately. This stay was not enjoyable. (Which is a shame as we have stayed at this hotel before).That air conditioning unit in RM 307 is a hazard as it leaks near the socket above the bedside table. Unacceptable it urgently needs to be fixed/replaced.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Lovely furnishings throughout and everything you needed in the bedroom.

Cons:

Breakfast finished at 9.30 which we weren’t aware of so had to rush to finish as they started clearing everything away, this is my mind is far too early , should at least be 10.00
