The Bromley Court Hotel

we stayed for 3 nights. I had to call the hotel about another issue and while i was on the phone with Jana she looked in the the accessible room and managed to get our rooms switched which was really good as I have walking issues and use a wheelchair. The room was very nice and spacious even room for the wheelchair. the bathroom was well equipped for disabled use. we had a meal in the restaurant with friends and feel the meals were over priced for the portions we got. we had snacks in the bar another time my partner had soup and bread, one slice of the bread was dry. over all the experience was good. We would stay but would not eat at hotel.

Comfortable room , clean and cosy every thing we needed. The staff were lovely and helpful. A member of the team assisted my husband with his suit cases.

We went to the restaurant for my birthday lunch in March. We have been many times before as it is a great restaurant. They have a new chef now and
the food is excellent. We were particularly impressed by the excellent friendly service given by Elena and Andreas.

Great Location, good parking, was attending a function, friendly atmosphere, young lady on reception was very helpful, answered my Questions, made sure I was on the same floor as the function, noticed I had not booked breakfast & asked if I needed to add it.
Gave me instructions to get everywhere I needed to.
Checked I was OK, every-time she saw me,
Rest of the Staff were great, saying hello,
Room was Small, with a double bed, desk, Wardrobe & bathroom (as booked) very clean & tidy.
Corridors had signs, so no way of getting lost.
Function room was large & when we finished at 12 the staff moved in & when I turned up for breakfast it had changed in to the dining area, clean & ready to have a quiet breakfast.
I found it very good & I do normally find fault, overall no complaints.

We really love this hotel and have used it for visiting relatives. Unfortunately this time it was for a funeral reception that we had to organise. The in-house event planners were very helpful and everything was handled beautifully and sympathetically. We held it in the Wellington Suite which has lovely views across the garden where people could wander.

My friend & I were warmly welcomed by Andreas, who was extremely pleasant, efficient & helpful. Our meals were delicious, & we were well looked after by Liezel. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at the Bromley Court Hotel for two nights last week and booked their purpose-built wheelchair accessible room. I can honestly say it was the best accessible hotel experience I’ve had.

This wasn’t a standard room with a few adaptations added as an afterthought. It was clearly designed and built with accessibility in mind from the start.

There’s a spacious entrance area with enough room to park and charge a powered wheelchair overnight without blocking the doorway or access around the room.

The bathroom is a fully accessible wetroom with a lowered sink and well-positioned grab rails. Everything felt thoughtfully laid out rather than squeezed in.

The bedroom itself was large enough to manoeuvre a wheelchair down both sides of the bed. There were two wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The hanging rails were at standard height rather than lowered, which may be a consideration for some guests, but overall the space was generous.

The staff were excellent throughout. My bags were collected from the car on arrival and taken back out to the car when I left, which made the whole stay much easier.

I’ve already booked to stay again next time I’m in London, which probably says everything.

The hotel is vibrant and very welcoming.
The deluxe garden room was clean and spacious. The bedside lamps in room our did not work and the fridge was on an unstable table and a little noisy.
Andreas our waiter at dinner was great. He was attentive and made sure we were well attended to.

Enjoyed a lovely meal in the garden restaurant with family recently. The food was excellent (compliments to the chef) and we were very well looked after by Liezel and our server George. They were attentive without being intrusive and our time there was very pleasant. The background music was very good and at just the right volume level.

We had a very lovely stay, thank you to tall curly girl on reception she gave us special large wine glasses brought to room with wine cooler, also we had chocolate as I mentioned its my parthers birthday, the food was lovely too Thanks to Andreas in restaurant, and the scrumbled eggs where to die for!! Comin back!

Lovely afternoon tea in beautiful setting. Served by Andreus and team who was very friendly and attentive.

We had a wonderful meal at the Bromley Court Hotel. The setting was beautiful with fairy lights giving a magical feel. The food was excellent and the service from George was outstanding. He made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

The Bromley Court hotel is beautiful, close to the town centre of Bromley giving access to shopping and two railway stations.
Cosy double room was immaculate, surprisingly spacious and well equipped.
The bathroom was spotless and the shower powerful and hot , even in my 3rd floor room.
Wi-Fi connection was excellent.
Most of all though, the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much.
I will definitely stay here again

Went there for afternoon tea with family ended up having a beautiful lunch. Service was great from Andreas, he looked after my sister and I very well. We were given a nice surprise happy birthday cake....No pictures of food as plates were emptied...Lol:)
We will defo be going back there.

Excellent: pre visit contact, service on reception, an upgrade, late check out, free drinks. Great meal at dinner and excellent breakfast. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, no hesitation in recommending.

We have stayed before some time ago for a friends wedding, but this time I had an early appointment in London, so we thought we'd treat ourselves rather than rushing about (we had stayed nearer the station last time but that was a disaster never too be repeated, review on here).
On arrival we were greeted by a most helpful receptionist, who was brilliant (in fact all the staff we met were charming), we eventuualy found our room, you got the lift to the 3rd then went up and down levels to the 4th floor room, which was a garden view room, sadly nothing like the pictures on the website, a very clinical business/corporate room, that had obviously been quickly brought up to date with a minibar/ white fridge "plonked" next to the TV (an easy fix by any carpenter would be to fit in into the tv unit)? Strangely there were no hooks anywhere in the room, so you couldn't hang anything up, no coat hooks, so wet coats were draped over chairs etc why no hooks, multiple places to put hooks? 2 on the end of the wardrobe would be perfect. the same wardrobe that you couldn't hang anything in due to the ironing board and two robes (I'm pretty sure it doesn't have a spar), so why have robes?
anyway, the room was ok, lots of hard edges, but ok, the bathroom was excellent, fantastic pressure from both taps, to much as you could easily splash yourself, but we looked forward to a great powerful shower, unfortunately a damp squib of a shower, despite having excellent pressure on the basin??
Cant remember room number but it had a strange letters etched into the tiles n the bathroom, which can only be seen when sitting on the loo with the light on?
so overall the room was ok, not lovely as we expected, but ok.
Breakfast was excellent both days we stayed , the bar was lovely as was the restaurant (see separate review), where the food was sublime .
Will we return, yes definitely, however hopefully the room will be a tiny bit traditional with plenty of hooks.

We had a truly fantastic stay at The Bromley Court Hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish, but George deserves a special mention. He made our stay extra special with his unbelievable manners, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. His warm and attentive service really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcome. Exceptional experience all round — we wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel.

George truly made our stay at Bromley Court Hotel exceptional. His customer service and hospitality were outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble—George went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after at all times. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made such a difference to our experience. A real credit to the hotel, and one of the main reasons we would happily return. Thank you, George!

Always stay at Bromley Court Hotel. Staff always very friendly and helpful if I have made a request. Food great. Lovely to be able to sit around the bar area in comfort and work if need be. Very nice rooms as I have stayed in the different types available. Comfortable beds and pillows.
