Excellent: pre visit contact, service on reception, an upgrade, late check out, free drinks. Great meal at dinner and excellent breakfast. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, no hesitation in recommending.

We have stayed before some time ago for a friends wedding, but this time I had an early appointment in London, so we thought we'd treat ourselves rather than rushing about (we had stayed nearer the station last time but that was a disaster never too be repeated, review on here).
On arrival we were greeted by a most helpful receptionist, who was brilliant (in fact all the staff we met were charming), we eventuualy found our room, you got the lift to the 3rd then went up and down levels to the 4th floor room, which was a garden view room, sadly nothing like the pictures on the website, a very clinical business/corporate room, that had obviously been quickly brought up to date with a minibar/ white fridge "plonked" next to the TV (an easy fix by any carpenter would be to fit in into the tv unit)? Strangely there were no hooks anywhere in the room, so you couldn't hang anything up, no coat hooks, so wet coats were draped over chairs etc why no hooks, multiple places to put hooks? 2 on the end of the wardrobe would be perfect. the same wardrobe that you couldn't hang anything in due to the ironing board and two robes (I'm pretty sure it doesn't have a spar), so why have robes?
anyway, the room was ok, lots of hard edges, but ok, the bathroom was excellent, fantastic pressure from both taps, to much as you could easily splash yourself, but we looked forward to a great powerful shower, unfortunately a damp squib of a shower, despite having excellent pressure on the basin??
Cant remember room number but it had a strange letters etched into the tiles n the bathroom, which can only be seen when sitting on the loo with the light on?
so overall the room was ok, not lovely as we expected, but ok.
Breakfast was excellent both days we stayed , the bar was lovely as was the restaurant (see separate review), where the food was sublime .
Will we return, yes definitely, however hopefully the room will be a tiny bit traditional with plenty of hooks.

We had a truly fantastic stay at The Bromley Court Hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish, but George deserves a special mention. He made our stay extra special with his unbelievable manners, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. His warm and attentive service really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcome. Exceptional experience all round — we wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel.

George truly made our stay at Bromley Court Hotel exceptional. His customer service and hospitality were outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble—George went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after at all times. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made such a difference to our experience. A real credit to the hotel, and one of the main reasons we would happily return. Thank you, George!

Always stay at Bromley Court Hotel. Staff always very friendly and helpful if I have made a request. Food great. Lovely to be able to sit around the bar area in comfort and work if need be. Very nice rooms as I have stayed in the different types available. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Wonderful friendly Staff. Great place to stay and very well placed for being close to my family. Will definitely visit again.

We held my Dad’s celebration of life event at the hotel in the Darwin room. Our family was treated with care and thoughtfulness by the staff, at what was a particularly sensitive time. The room was welcoming, well equipped and the food excellent. We particularly liked the provision of a table to display photos and mementoes and a speaker to play favourite music. It was a fitting tribute and a lovely warm send off for my Dad. A particular mention must go to Jana at reception, Antonio who supervised the catering and Daisy from the events team. They looked after us very well and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We stayed two nights at the hotel in a deluxe double room, which was clean and spacious, with good amenities. The breakfast had a very good choice of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We came for afternoon tea to celebrate my Nan’s 90th birthday. This place means a lot to her as it holds special memories of time she spent here with my granddad.

Andreas and Elena were so kind and thoughtful and really went above and beyond. They surprised my nan with a birthday cake they had brought over especially for her, which was such a lovely touch and made her day and made her feel so special.

The afternoon tea was amazing, but it was the care and kindness from Andreas and Elena that made the visit so lovely. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!

We had another amazing stay at the Bromley court hotel. Great value for money, friendly attentive staff and a super comfy sleep.

We had a great stay. All the staff were excellent but a special mention must go to Andreas, the waiter in the ‘residents dining room’ on 30/01/26. He was a star.
We will definitely be returning.

this hotel is great. it has ample parking beautiful gardens and great rooms. we had a twin room which really was lovely. the bed was very comfortable. the tea coffee facilities were fantastic, with biscuits and even an oat milk alternative. we stayed for 2 nights and it was a peaceful quiet experience. the staff were friendly and helpful the room was spotless and overall good value for money. will stay again if in the area

Came to Bromley court hotel for a birthday celebration with friends . Greeted by the lovely Andreas . We had a wonderful seat right by the window overlooking the gardens . Drinks arrived very quickly and so did the food . Food was delicious and all three of us were very happy with the food , definitely lots of choice of savoury and plenty of sweet treats . Atmosphere was lovely we would definitely return . Lizied was also a lovely waitress who was very smiley and polite . We loved this place . Thankyou

Me and my boyfriend just want to give a big thank you to the receptionist Lily, not only was she so friendly. She was attentive and handled an obstacle which was me moving rooms because of the faulty shower. Thank you Lily you’re such a kind soul and I hope you see this too x

Very welcoming comfortable hotel with excellent staff. Saying at this hotel was a good experience and we recommend it.

Staying at the hotel just for the night has working all around the south this week, room is really nice with plenty of plug sockets and charging points, fridge, quality shower and comfy bed.
Had a meal in the ground floor restaurant and the service was great, George was very attentive and the food was really nice with me having the chicken wings starter and glazed leg of duck main.

We have been staying at the Bromley Hotel for a good 3-4 months and each time the staff have been friendly and accommodating, the rooms are lovely, clean and tidy and at times good value for money unless there is an event on.
Andreas in the restaurant was exceptional and ensured we had everything we needed from start to finish including a few laughs

My husband and I had a lovely lunch last week at The Bromley Court Hotel. The food was very good, hot, tasty and presented very well. The service provided by the wait staff was excellent. We will look forward to going again in the near future.

Lovely meal in garden restaurant, food was great and a special mention to George who was very attentive and served us.

Hotel is tired and needs updating our room was clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable but the bathroom was a joke, it’s was so small you couldn’t wipe your bottom whilst sitting on the toilet because the shower screen was in the way, Breakfast was lukewarm as it’s all laid out buffet style even at 7.30 when the breakfast room opened it wasn’t hot, Nice helpful staff and adequate parking.
