Exceptional stay and wonderful service!
Pros:

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay in an Executive Room. The hotel features beautiful gardens, great dining, and a free parking compound. The staff were incredibly accommodating with a last-minute request, and exceptionally flexible allowing us to store our luggage all day and leave our car after check-out until our return from London city for forward journey. The location is excellent: convenient for connecting trains to central London at Bromley South, and just a 7-minute drive to the central market's fantastic shopping and restaurant scene where you can easily spend time.

Cons:

Some of the furniture and infrastructure could be upgraded or renovated.

Good hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

Good parking, friendly staff on reception. The room looked like it had been recently revamped. Bathroom was good and very clean

Cons:

Ev charger cable a bit short on the BP pulse charger in the carpark

Bromley court hotel is always clean, home from home and welcoming. It was my husband’s 40th and from the very start they were so accommodating. I’ve stopped several times before

Was disappointed in the handling of our party which had been booked and paid for(at hotels request) before we arrived. A

Central for a family get together

All good. Grounds are lovely. Booked a table for dinner for 15 in the garden room. Few days before we arrived the email said that wasn’t available as they had a wedding and we were being put in some other room, which was fine but very last minute. The food orders & special dietary requirements, which were all in an email and in writing on the day of arrival, were not carried out and had to repeatedly ask different people to change the food. When Food arrived not as required, had to ask or make do with what we were given. There were only 2 dirty changes and they weee very minor. Considering the amount of emails and filling out of forms plus having to pick our meal choices in advance and to pay for 15 meals and 5 rooms for overnight stay, a week before arrival, I felt it was very unprofessionally handled on the night. Staff were friendly but I felt they weren’t co ordinating with each other.

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and setting. Very clean and relaxing. Rooms small.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in beautiful gardens, like a park. Luncheon was very nice outside on the terrace. A lovely sunny day helped. The food was nice, but pretty expensive for what it was.

Cons:

The breakfast was very expensive with very little to choose from. Self-service buffet style, continental. A tiny bit of cheese on offer, wilted, along with wilted small amount of cold cuts. Minimal fresh fruit, Morning staff very long-faced. Not very well organised at all. Have had far better service and selection at most other hotels/guest houses we've stayed in.
Our room was a double, overlooking the garden, but it was very small, more like a single room. Our shower wasn't working properly so we had to use another room to shower in until the engineer fixed it. Very little hanging space, about 5 hangers. Not so good for our six night stay but okay for an overnight.

Excellent old style hotel in a quiet town
Pros:

We stayed here to attend the wedding of my niece. The hotel was alert and saw that there were further bookings made by my nephew and saw to it that we continue in the same room without having to change rooms later. This was very helpful. The hotel also ensured that we get one of their spacious and event view rooms of the hotel.

Cons:

Too many up and down stairs, the layout is quite puzzling like a maze. Guests with heavy luggage will find it difficult to navigate the many stairs.

Great hotel
Pros:

Andrea's head waiter was fabulous as usual and remembered us from previous visits!!

Cons:

Room for Mr elderly parents had too many steps to climb even though a request for easily accessible room near to the lift was requested. Hotel staff said they hadn't received my email request.
