Best customer service from a hotel we’ve ever had. Checked with us beforehand whether we needed anything & we were picked as guests of the day with a room upgrade and free drink which was a lovely surprise after a long journey!

Had a wonderful lunch at the Bromley Court Hotel's restaurant with not only delicious food, but also the friendly and professional service from Andreas and Liezel. The choice of food was great and every dish was presented so neatly. Will definitely visit again.

Room 237 was wonderful for my 2 night stay - the beautiful bay windows and view out to the pretty gardens. Everything about my room was perfect. I was a bit disappointed with the fitness suite which is why I chose the hotel over others - it is extremely outdated and old and possibly not even in use as it is the basement and so old. The restaurant was lovely but as I was visiting my son, they charged him £17.50for breakfast on the sunday and breakfast was not good on the sunday compared to Monday. Sunday breakfast was stale canned fruit and dodgy coloured scrambled eggs. The omelette I could not eat as it tasted horrible. I was very disappointed with the £17.50 charge. It was definitely not worth anywhere near that. This is a very old hotel and not sure the cleaning is up to scratch. The same dirty tissue sat on the stairs for 3 days during my stay and I had to request clean towels and more tea. I don't think this is a 4 star hotel - the fitness suite does not count as a functional fitness suite for anyone so I would give this hotel 3 stars as food was poor also compared to other hotel standards - globally. The room was lovely that was it. (But I had to request a change of room as the cosy rooms are too tiny with partial views.)

We had a really lovely afternoon tea at the Bromley Court Hotel this afternoon. From the moment we got there Andreas and his team were so helpful from our specific dietary requirements to anything we asked for. The selection of sandwiches and cakes was lovely (My favourite was the Ham, Brie and Apple rolls - absolutely beautiful) the teas and coffee were just flowing and nothing was too much trouble. There was a large selection of both teas and coffees including hot chocolate on offer. This is a perfect place to come along for afternoon tea if you have a group or even just got two. Overall it was a really lovely, relaxed atmosphere and perfect for a get to together with friends and family - give it a try and a big thank you to Andreas and his team - well done 👍

We celebrated our Nans 90th birthday- the service was excellent Andreas customer service was outstanding he was attentive and ensured our tea was topped up Elena and Joshua was also lovely.

I had booked the Easter Afternoon Tea and Egg Hunt but I had made the silly mistake of mixing updates and going a day early! The event wasn’t starting until the next day. However Andreas and Elena were so lovely about it. They spoke to other staff and accommodated us for the tea and egg hunt for my girls. They were so happy they still got to the activity and I was honestly surprised that they were prepared in advance and able to still offer it. Andreas and Elena kept checking on us to make sure we were okay, they interacted with the kids and helped us to take pictures. Such excellent service - they really turned what could have been a very disappointing day into a wonderful time

Great stop over, ideal location and value for money for what I was looking for. Top service in the restaurant by the matre'd 'Andreas' who was excellent. My only niggle was the lack of Guinness in the Bar.

We recently enjoyed a cream tea at the Bromley Court Hotel and it was absolutely lovely.

The service was excellent from start to finish – friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. The scones were still warm when they arrived, which made them even more delicious, especially with the generous portions of jam and cream. The cakes were beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh.

The sandwiches were also very tasty, with a great selection of fillings, and the canapés were delicious – a really nice addition to the experience.

We were celebrating my parents’ 64th wedding anniversary, and they were thoroughly spoilt with a delicious chocolate cake, which made the occasion even more special. One of our party required a dairy-free option, and it was honestly the best she’s ever had – such great care and attention to dietary needs.

Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience in a relaxed setting, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to treat themselves to a traditional cream tea.

Service from Andreas and Liezel was excellent, both welcoming, knowledgeable and happy to help when asked about the different teas on the menu.

Cracking stay for the Murder Mystery event, some proper belly laughs and well entertained. The room clean and comfortable. Dinner was great, starters a slightly unusual selection and the soup didn’t come served as advertised. The bar had a good choice and prices as would expect. The breakfast was great, selection of hot and smaller choice of cold/fruit. Parking is first come first serve, we ended up parking in the residential road which didn’t bother us too much. Easy to find using the Sat Nav. Overall paid a reasonable price and would recommend and have signed up for their event list to use again.

I had booked a Brunch for myself and 2 friends; this was our first visit to an event at this hotel. Beautiful hotel! We ate in the spacious conservatory with the sunlight streaming through and enjoyed live singing by a lovely young lady with a great voice (had me bopping in my seat!😃).

Our table was served by the attentive Andreas and Liezel.
Service was great and we were not made to feel that we had to rush our meal. Ambience and atmosphere wonderful. Would highly recommend this excellent hotel and any of its events.

We had Afternoon Tea on the 16th March, extremely nice my wife's gluten free requirements looked after very well. The whole experience was excellent with very good service by our very polite waiter Andreus who looked after our every need and kept our teapots topped up. A lovely experience. Thank you.

We had such a wonderful afternoon for our friend’s birthday. We came for the brunch, live music was fantastic and had such fantastic service from Andreas and Liezel. They were so attentive and really looked after us. We’ll be back!

I have stayed at the Bromley Court Hotel on several occasions and have found the experience generally excellent but would give special praise for Andreas and Liezel in the Garden Room Restaurant who are exceptional in terms of their attention to customer care and retention. The food as always is actually what you should expect in such an establishment.

Just went for a quick bite to eat with a bottle of wine. Tasty, simple, well priced food served in a lovely setting. Service from George and the rest of the team was outstanding. Had a drink in the comfortable bar afterwards as well. Would recommend for business or pleasure.
