We come back!
Pros:

We just loved the nice atmosphere. For us everything was great. Depending what your expectations are - but ours were met as we got what we were looking for. Nice room (including an upgrade - thank you so much sir, my son was so happy about the extra space), the food was great and we enjoyed our time at the beach. Thanks for the hospitality and smiles.

Cons:

There was no early sport/ yoga session on Sunday and also nobody for volleyball etc. That was a shame. It was the weekend with still many guests and although the season changed (1.11.) it would be better if the management considered that final weekend and released employees on Monday instead. Maybe it was a contract issue but as a guest that was weird and really a shame.

There was one lady at the bar which was just not nice and friendly. She was obviously not happy with her job. Not good for the overall impression of the hotel. You always need dedicated staff.

Excellent all inclusive resort
Pros:

Great resort with lots to do. They put on special events including a club night which was amazing and pool parties. Great variety of entertainment and lots of sports activities. Room was spacious with great balcony. Food was excellent, great variety and quality

Cons:

You can walk in to Belek with plenty of knock off shops but not much in the way of bars and restaurants which doesn’t matter as it was all inclusive but it’s sometimes nice to venture out. Went to land of legends which are genuine shops but more expensive than back home

Большая ухоженная территория, широкий пляж, всегда были свободные места. Китайский ресторан алякарт. Разрешено размещение с домашним животным

Cons:

Отель уже морально устаревший и требует реновации. В комнате ночью при включенном кондиционере воняло канализацией. Отель был под завязку заселен - около 1500 человек, персонала явно не хватает, особенно во время ужина. Чувствуется экономия на многих вещах.

Le personel , on avait des bracelets blanc pour les personnes parlant en turk et violet pour les étrangers parlant étrangers au turk , j’avais l’impression d’être délaisser le personel s’occupait que des personnes qui avait un bracelet violet c’était flagrant !! je suis français d’origine turk c est pour ça que j’avais le bracelet blanc , on me disait même pas bonjour à l’entrée du restaurant , on est venu en aucun cas me proposer à boire à ma table alors que les gens de bracelets violet était constamment sollicités par les serveurs une honte ! J’avais l’impression de parler à des zombies on nous répondait froidement , des disputes entre serveurs en plein restaurant c’était agaçant chaque repas l’ambiance était terrible ! En sortant au Check out j’ai rendu mes cartes de chambres sa à durée 5 secondes même pas un remerciement pas un sourire juste un au revoir très glaciale ! j’ai chargées mes bagages seul dans ma voiture , voici mon expérience dans l’hôtel dommage l’hôtel est fabuleux mais le personel vraiment à revoir , c est mon deuxième passage dans cette hôtel la première fois en 2008 avec ma tante j’étais très satisfait c est pour cela que je suis revenue pour un moment de nostalgie mais vraiment vraiment rien à voir avec la premiere fois je suis déçue .
