Good place for overnight stay, but be ready to face some service, amenities issues
Pros:

Rooms are clean and big, bed is 2 meters wide and it's a single mattress - amazing to have a great sleep
Everything you need in the bathroom
Admin that helped us to sort out the issues we faced - huge thank you!
In the bar we had a very good tea and coffee, with great toasts with hum and turkey = 6 euros, 10/10 quality

Cons:

There is NO KETTLE/hot drinking water boiler in the rooms/on the floor
Bar working hours are limited, so if you want to drink some hot tea at 3pm or 10pm - you will probably stay with nothing
On the very first night admin gave us 2 glasses of hot water (he keeps hotel rating that high), but another one proposed us to use a coffee machine (I don't drink coffee/chocolate)

There is NO IRON in the rooms. We came to the city for a wedding celebration - you need an iron to dress up properly. I had to ask 3 different persons during 2 days to get it sorted. Woman on reception told us she can't resolve it, but in 3 hours another admin kindly gave us an iron.

It's not a service you expect from a 4 starts hotel.

Bueno, pero falta mantenimiento.
Pros:

La ubicación y agilidad de gestión de los empleados.

Cons:

El mantenimiento. Ruego a la Dirección o Propiedad que se esmere en el mantenimiento del Hotel; que conozco desde hace años y me ha sorprendido la dejadez. Es una pena, porque así se lo van a cargar. Gracias

No merece las 4 estrellas
Pros:

La ubicación, la distribución, hall y espacios amplios

Cons:

Las habitaciones son amplias, las vistas de la nuestra horrorosas. La cama tenía muelles y se clavaba, la almohada muy bajita, el mobiliario antiguo y necesitado de una modernización y mantenimiento. La limpieza dejaba algo que desear y, por último, el servicio de cafetería por parte de los empleados estuvo bien, pero la cocina bastante lamentable, además de que tenían solamente una persona para atender la barra y las mesas. El buffet también dejaba mucho que desear, 4 cosas y algunas pasadas de tiempo

Una cama con dura y con los resortes del colchones salidas!!
Pros:

Nada ! Prácticamente irrelevante. Quisimos desayunar y no tenía nada novedoso que ofrecer.

Cons:

El colchón de la cama dura y co los resortes salidos, al mínimo movimiento se escucha un ruido horrible. No podemos descansar!!
