Ho appena trascorso una settimana all’Hotel Villa San Giuseppe di San Bartolomeo al Mare ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa sotto ogni punto di vista.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a Laura, la receptionist: sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronta a consigliare e ad aiutare con gentilezza e professionalità. Una persona fantastica che fa davvero la differenza.

Un plauso enorme anche ai ragazzi della sala colazioni: educati, cordiali e attenti alle esigenze di tutti. Ogni mattina mi hanno accolta con garbo e disponibilità, rendendo il risveglio un momento speciale. Le colazioni poi… spettacolari! Ho saputo che torte, biscotti e la pizza rossa che adoravo ogni mattina venivano preparati direttamente dal loro pasticcere: davvero delizie indimenticabili, soffici e fragranti, capaci di conquistare al primo assaggio.

In spiaggia ho trovato l’accoglienza del signor Antonio, sempre gentile e disponibile, mentre al chiosco la splendida Ilaria con i suoi colleghi ha saputo trasmettere un’energia positiva contagiosa. Genuina, solare, sempre pronta ad aiutare tutti: una vera forza della natura.

La mia stanza era al secondo piano, senza ascensore, ma molto ampia e luminosa, perfetta per un soggiorno confortevole.

Tutti, davvero tutti, hanno contribuito a farmi sentire non solo ospite, ma parte di una grande famiglia. Mi sono sentita accolta, coccolata e viziata.

Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff: tornerò sicuramente e porterò con me il ricordo di una vacanza speciale.

Die Zimmer sind gross und haben alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Mi è piaciuto, ma mi sarei aspettata una reception che informa maggiormente i clienti
Pros:

colazione molto buona, posizione ottima a due passi dalla spiaggia, a due passi dal lungomare, io non ho pranzato ne cenato quindi non posso esprimermi su questo, personale delle pulizie e di sala molto cordiali e sorridenti.

Cons:

la cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta è il phon orribile.
Essendo al piano terra non è possibile stendere nemmeno un costume da bagno, avrebbero dovuto mettere dei gancini alle finestre di modo che dopo aver lavato il costume sia possibile appenderlo.
La reception dovrebbe essere più ospitale un pò freddini, chiedono i documenti ti indicano la stanza e basta, non danno altre indicazioni informazioni, forse è stata solo una mia impressione.

Buongiorno a tutti,
La villa è pulita e ordinata. Le camere lo sono altrettanto e con condizionatore.
È vicinissimo alla spiaggia e di conseguenza al lungomare con i negozi e i ristoranti.
Il personale è gentilissimo.
Assolutamente consigliato. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
