Falta evidente de limpieza y Director del Hotel Gregorio desaparecido y sin dar la cara.

Lo agradable y profesionales que son en recepción.

Cons:

La sorpresa después de 7 horas de viaje, cansados y con ganas de descansar al ingresar en la primera habitación 306, encontramos evidentes restos biológicos en el inodoro del huésped anterior, aparte de una limpieza superficial en la habitación.

Solicitamos un cambio de habitación debido a este inconveniente. Sin embargo, al ingresar a esta segunda habitación 317 nos hemos encontrado exactamente con el mismo problema de falta de higiene en el baño y habitación, en especial la foto del bidet el grifo sin limpiar y con restos de papel.

Esta situación es inaceptable y no cumple con las condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad y salubridad contratadas.

Enviamos email al Director Gregorio y a fecha de hoy no se ha molestado en contestar,

Me dieron una habitación inferior a la reservada, sucia,baño con wc roto, bañera llena de moho y cal, del desagüe no iba bien, avise y no hicieron nada y el desayuno bastante mediocre

La ubicacion, el colchon, la almohada. Yo ya conocia este hotel, de otro evento y me dije que si volvia, repetiria en este lugar. Y lo volvere a hacer si otra vez he de volver.
