Muy bello el lugar y la atención excelente

There was lots of room inside, not terribly comfortable but comfortable enough. It was nice outside, but I stayed out too long and got eaten by the sand fleas. It was actually a pretty nice location. There was a little trouble communicating, but the staff was very nice and helpful.

It was very hard to open the patio and the shower door. There were few amenitiies such as face cloths or soap for the shower. Other things also.

Place looked good but in closer inspection, several items were in need of repair.

Even though the Proprietor of the Kevin Condos tries and has good intentions there were some small things that could really make this experience go from an average at best stay to an awesome stay.

Let's start with the lights I could never figure out how to turn on the lights in the ceiling fan; I don't know if they were burnt out or of it was just my stupidity.

The kitchen has most of all the supplies for cooking you could use but nothing is provided like coffee grounds or even basic stuff in the fridge.

The bathroom was no nice but again nothing was provided, no soap or shampoo in the shower, there was hand soap and I was given one towel. I ended up asking for a 2nd and was given but it seemed like it was a hassle when I asked for it.

The breakfast is okay, nothing fancy but gets you through the morning

We certainly enjoyed our time at Kevin's Condo. The property was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that one of the air conditioning units wasn't working. The staff said it would be fixed but it never was. We were there for 6 days. Other than that it was very nice.

Adriano y Lucila, son los mejores host, el apartamento donde nos alojamos esta perfectamente equipado para poder tener la mejor experiencia en tu viaje, nos encanta que está frente al mar y en una comunidad muy linda en la isla de careneros, es limpio y ordenado, Simple y completo 🙂 es nuestra tercera visita recomendamos a cualquier persona quedarse en sus instalaciones.

Es uno de los mejores lugares que hay en Carenero. Playa clara, senderos, se ve la gente caminar, el muelle a la pura par, restaurantes y un súper mercado cercanos. Eso sí, hay que llevar repelente y cosas para alejar a los bichos de playa que pican, pero lo normal. Cerca hay bares que ponen música toda la noche, pero con tapones se duerme sin problemas. El apartamento completo, limpio y el personal súper amable y atento. Súper recomendado :)

Excelente experiencia, al inicio cuando llegamos tuvimos una duda con el cobro de la estadia pero rapidamente nos aclararon el tema. El check in fue super rapido, el staff siempre a disposicion y muy servicial. Adicional la ubicacion frente al mar fue lo maximo, facil acceso a lanchas y demas. Tienen un restaurante en el hotel no lo usamos pero siempre habia personal en el mismo. Lo unico fue el aire acondicionado de la habitacion que no enfriaba muy bien. Pero fuera de ese el sitio estaba muy bien y muy limpio! Volveria a ir

The apartment was located in the back of the building. So the view was of service areas. However it was as advertised and is an excellent choice for someone wanting to prepare their own meals

Bring bug spray, the sand flies/fleas whatever will eat you alive. Air conditioning wasn't working in one of the bedrooms, so it was a miserable first night but the next night the owner allowed us to switch to a different room with air conditioning. Fridge leaks water on the floor so be careful walking in the kitchen. It was convenient and mostly clean, not sure if we'd stay again or try to find somewhere better next time we're in Bocas.

These condos on Carenero Island in the Bocas Del Toro are modern & up-to-date with very nice balconies. The management is very pleasant to deal with. The problems we came across were that the air conditioners in both bedrooms did not operate correctly when we arrived. They fixed one of them the first night but the other could not be fixed until the next afternoon (late!). By that time the rooms were very hot. They really need air conditioners in the main part of the condo. Also, several other things needed fixing - the management should check these things BEFORE they put people into the unit! But, the condo had a beautiful view and it was easy to catch a water taxi at the end of the dock to go into Bocas itself. You will also want to find another beach to go to because this one has lots of seaweed and can smell bad.

We were in Carenero Island, beautiful area, a lot of sun, warm water but fighting with the famous sandflies !!

Es bueno porque tienes cocina con todo lo necesario y es espacioso. El baño me pareció mal mantenido (mal olor y la ducha de mala calidad) las almohadas de la cama son horribles. Lo bueno es que tienes tu propio espaco y cocina por un buen precio

Kevin's Condos was a great place to stay. Our suite had a master bedroom with a second bedroom with bunk beds. As the building is only 6 months old, it was in new condition. The owner was great to deal with and took care of the few minor issues immediately. Our ONLY complaint was the queen mattress was quite stiff as are most beds in Mexico and Panama.

Had 2 bed apartment. Lovely and spacious and loads of wardrobe space and large bedrooms with aircon and fans. Right on the beach so terrace and living area had fabulous views. The staff are very nice, but only speak Spanish, but the owner (I think he is) speaks some English so you can always ring him to get something sorted. Hot water was a problem, first night none but next day they sorted it, however that night there was a long power cut all over Bocas and in the morning we were back to cold water, with only one more night left we decided to live with it. The kitchen doesn't appear to have hot water at all so we boiled water for washing up. Only thing I think could do with changing are the towels as they are worn and greying. I would suggest you pick up basics like water, coffee, drinks etc on the mainland before heading over as the only tiny shop has very little in it not even basics. Be aware that although people say it is quieter than Bocas it is not quiet. There is a bar, grill on next property that is very noisy. Water taxi right at end of jetty in front so super convenient and only couple of minutes to Bocas. Great place and the best view.

Awesome choice, great people, the condo was very nice, nice appliances and looked new.

Great views and close to everything in Bocas del Toro on Isla Carenero. Close to Restuarants, snorkeling, surfing, paddleboarding, fishing and diving. This was our third time in Bocas and always enjoy staying here.
