Decepcionante🥲
Pros:

La ubicación y que cuando fallo el agua, el A/C y un bombillo se quemó, lo fueron a revisar de una vez.

Cons:

La limpieza fue pésima, estaba sucia la habitación y cuando entraron a limpiar, quedó peor. Tuve que comprar productos de limpieza y limpiar yo (he trabajado en hotelería y sé cómo debería ser).
Les falta servicio al cliente, un poco antipáticos.
Los desayunos están bien en cantidad, pero nos quedamos cuatro días y las tres mañanas nos dieron lo mismo (tostadas y pan) sin opción a elegir.
La habitación con balcón tiene un costo extra, pero la visibilidad es limitada, en realidad no vale la pena.

una mala experiencia
Pros:

Nada ,nos pareció,personal ,muy mal recibidos,cero atención y para colmo moo se fue el agua y no les avisaron a ningún huésped,,

Cons:

si huebieran tenido un mejor servicio al cliente mejoraría ,, ahhh y no reserven la habitación qie tiene un corredor al lado de la chimenea de la cosina de leña ,,porque salen ahumados hasta el cuarto y la ropa ,,,

Excelente lugar ideal y céntrico sin ruido .
Pros:

Perfecta ubicación lejos del ruido, farmacia, supermercado, lugar de abordaje de lanchas , alquiler de motos todo cerca . Es excelente lugar . Personal atento y excelente desayuno .

Las mejores pizzas de bocas
Pros:

Ubicado en la mejor pizzería de bocas del Toro. Estaban buenísimas.
La habitación era grande y espaciosa para cinco personas.

Cons:

Con las grandes lluvias se nos inundó un poco la habitación pero nos la limpiaron rápido.

Pros:

Da ich wegen dem Nachtbus schon sehr früh am Hotel erschienen bin, fande ich es toll, dass ich 2 Stunden früher einchecken durfte.

Cons:

Also ich war schon sicher bei mehr als 100 Unterkünften über Booking.com und bin auch Genius-Level 3 schon seit 2 Jahren oder länger sogar, leider war das Personal sehr sehr unhöflich, immer mit einem komischen bedrückten Gesichtsausdruck, es wurde nie von sich aus gegrüßt und sie waren generell nicht freundlich und willkommend zu mir. Nur dafür gibt es die schlechtere Bewertung, ansonsten würde es sicher eine 8 geben. Ich rede hier speziell über die Frühschicht-Mitarbeiter.

Das Frühstück war oft viel zu wenig, bei 5 Frühstücken gab es nur ein einziges Mal Obst, ein no go.
