Liked the fact that you could take our furry babies with us.
Liked the fact they the family rooms were adequate for our needs
We got charged a little more than what was advertised not sure why as we had paid individual for our dog and parking
Good parking , walkable to all amenities. Lovely staff.
All great
Clean, excellent service, staff very polite and attentive
Everything was good
Midges covered the windows and sill also covering the beds wall and ceiling and been bitten by them. We were told they couldn't do anything about them and go buy some fly killer
Excellent options for Gluten Free Food
To many midges outside hotel
Wasn't keen on being in a disabled room
Comfy bed and very clean bath a bit high to get in shower but managed
Meals were expensive
Hotel reception is nice, staff are friendly. Rooms on another hand are awful, cleaning staff are not monitored and supervisors are not preforming checks.
Room was extremely dirty, toothpaste on the mirror and floor from previous guest. Pubic hairs in the bath, shower curtain dirty, floor towel dirty left from previous guest and re hung for us, not acceptable. Silicone around bath mouldy and myself and children were discussed. Dirty disgusting fan in the room that had never been cleaned, luckily we did not need. Bedside tables covered with dust, wardrobe also dusty. Bed is not level so feet are higher than head when led down. Room layout is odd and made to sign a disclaimer about a step in the room into the bathroom on check in prior to even seeing it. Caused havoc with the kids and us parents, well all stubbed our toes badly and not ideal at all because your guaranteed to do a lot of walking in Blackpool. This room is not suitable for a family. Temperature for shower is temperamental and we all suffered from constant changing temperatures from burning to freezing. We spent as little time as possible in our room and felt let down. We avoided having breakfast, dinner or lunch and spending any other money in the premises because we did not feel the hotel deserved any other custom from us, we paid a high price for a poor quality room. We will in future avoid all Best Western hotels when booking a holiday.
Very good breakfast, very good bed.
