Great will be back if in blackpool again
Pros:

Great stay, staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was good and we also had a front room with a view 👍 had breakfast also and was vreat selection and value for money. I took my dog and they loved him so definitely recommend if you have a dog

Cons:

Only problems was the toilet flusher didn’t work properly had to pull it down a good few times to work but it was no big deal 👍

Nice stay
Pros:

Staff very friendly especially the young woman at breakfast service (named Nicky we think). Always takes time to speak to our daughter about her dancing and remembered her from our last visit. Very polite and professional a credit to the place.

Cons:

Bathroom in room 217 initially had a stagnant water smell. We opened the door and window and it passed once we returned to the room later on, otherwise ok

Overnight stay had better but also had worse.
Pros:

Attentive staff on reception and waitress at breakfast. Clean.

Cons:

Mattress hard, like sleeping on a wooden board. Very poor ‘full english’, bacon was so overcooked the fork wouldn’t stick in.
