Very pleasant with no frills
Pros:

In general no issues at all.

Cons:

Nothing in particular, although the fact dogs are allowed, I would not eat in the restaurant.

Pros:

The staff where very attentive nothing was to much for them especially the bar staff and breakfast staff. Very clean and affordable. Spacious and beautiful room. Me my partner and children had an excellent stay and will absolutely be returning! Perfect location if you want a blackpool stay but without the chaos! Quiet hotel at night due to the 'no stags,hens or partys' policy. Thankyou for our great stay!!

Pros:

The room had sea view, bed was comfortable, room size was good for people, we had a coffee machine with lavazza pods, it was delicious, for 1nihgt it was surprisingly nice.

Cons:

I wasn't told by booking in advance that I had to pay for the parking permit almost £30, it was refunded

Good location but lacked attention to important details

Cons:

Pillows have very poor quality, and upon requesting extra or a change, we were informed that the outsourced cleaning and linen supplies/housekeeping were not available until the morning. Surely, there should be a housekeeping room with spare.linen and pillows for staff to access to supply to guests. Cleanliness of the bathroom is not the best. the bath was clearly sprayed but not actually scrubbed clean.

Blackpools heatwave
Pros:

Junior suite sea view perfect room. Massive bed,bath area fantastic too. Hotel spotless
Buffet breakfast very tasted. I had a mobility scooter wasnt a problem for the hotel,easy access into hotel on it. Fan in room was a must as here on a heatwave.

Cons:

No air con in bedroom fan was good but room was very very hot even windows open all night. Couldn't fault anything else,

Staff were welcoming, checking in was easy and the room was ready earlier than expected! Will stay again.
Pros:

The location was great. Tram stop outside and short walk to tower. The staff were friendly and welcoming both day and night. Parking was easy.

Cons:

Whilst clean the bathroom could do with some TLC. Some signs of mould but overall very clean.

Great value high quality accommodation in a convenient sea front location
Pros:

Exceptionally good value for the price paid and last minute booking, very well equipped and comfortable if compact room. I requested and was given a room with a bath tub, the bonus was that it was also a sea view room. Camilla in the restaurant provided excellent attentive service.

Cons:

Nothing, for the price paid it was exceptional value.

Pros:

Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar. No issues getting refills. Good sized room with bed and ensuite bathroom with a proper bath. TV also decent size, compared to other similar hotels I've stayed in.
Made good use of the cooling fan in this hot weather!

Cons:

Hotel could do with an update. Staff members seemed slightly passive. The bedroom floor creaked like crazy. Strangest shower taps I've used before and took ages to set the temperature just right.
Not keen on having to pay £50.00 card deposit; - there must be a better way?
Overnight parking seemed pricey for one night.
