Needs a refresh. But nice staff

Cons:

Room needed to be refreshed. Bed was under roof so banged head several times.
Bathroom needed to be re done. Sink plug was black. As a BW. They can do better.

Lovely and relaxing
Pros:

We were given a sea front room which was a nice surprise. Bed was really comfy

Cons:

There was bits of tissue by the bed , the shower wasn’t the best get going from nice temp to really hot and then cold constantly messing with it while in the shower to get it back to a pleasant temp.

Great hotel
Pros:

Large room,clean,large comfortable bed with nice white bedding,good quality white towels,nice bath with plentyof hot water,good location, great helpful staff.my dog was welcome (£15 extra) and parking on site at £7.50.will stay again

Cons:

Bathroom needs a little attention, black mold on grouting and dated fixtures ,needs an update.outside needs abit of a tidy up,needs weeding brings the building down

Always enjoy our stay at the carlton but just had a bit of a let down by noticing that I'd been charged twice for parking....paid for room,dog,parking when I checked in but the following day when I got home I found that another £7.55 taken out of my account by best western carlton hotel Blackpool...when I called them the lady on the phone told me they had know transaction of that payment on their system but parking was £7.50 so it looks like I've been charged twice for it.....so if your staying just watch for transactions going off your card you have authorised.....
