Pros:

Service from the staff throughout was faultless. Efficient, helpful, & genuinely friendly (not your "have a nice day" off-hand type)
Food in the evening & breakfast was very good, including the coffee. Great choice & attentive service.
The shower was amazing. Huge walk-in with easily adjusted ceiling rose providing a full-on monsoon of hot water.

Cons:

The bed was a little on the hard side for our liking, coupled with a room temp higher than ideal, spoiled a perfect score. Once the windows were opened slightly, things improved.

Great night away at a lovely hotel
Pros:

Staff were friendly, good breakfast, dinner was lovely and the room spacious

Cons:

Room only had one chair at the dressing table with nowhere else to sit. Couldn’t easily see the TV where it was placed so a couch or some chairs would have helped. Bed was quite low down.

Pros:

Gorgeous building and wonderful, kind staff. My autistic daughter had a major meltdown and the staff were kind and supportive, particularly Emma at Reception who went out of her way to accommodate us. The food and breakfast were excellent, however they seemed to be a bit short-staffed in the restaurant. Decor in the rooms rather outdated, but overall very comfortable.

Pros:

Clean spacious room, lovely staff, breakfast was great

Cons:

Not being able to check in till 3pm whilst attending a wedding at hotel that day at 1.30pm was annoying.
Bit pricey at the bar too

Friends Wedding
Pros:

Attended friends wedding at hotel and stayed overnight. Lovely clean spacious room, only issue is the 3pm check in especially when youre attending a wedding that day. Hotel is lovely, nice bars and overall a lovely venue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was beautiful, certainly needed after the wedding day celebrations. We will certainly be back even if just for a nice meal.

Pros:

This is our best n favourite hotel , been so many times and all ways looked after so well with all the staff , especially Debbie n Jordan you go above and beyond for us , so many visits now maybe 5 times and each time it’s been amazing , look forward to seeing you all soon xxx

Excellent stay, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Stunning hotel, beautifully decorated & very clean. We had an amazing evening meal too.
The staff were all so friendly, particularly Debbie on the front desk who couldn’t have been nicer.
