It was fine
Pros:

it was close to the centre for walking to see things in a short time

Cons:

the ledges built in at the door and the bathroom door and the shower were very much tripping hazards

Good location, but not coming back.
Pros:

Location and cleaning lady. Sower is a good size.

Cons:

A bit outdated, shower head and some other places are rusty. Included “good” breakfast is a joke. Restaurant staff is borderline rude. Front desk is not very helpful. When asked for hand towels, was told that people don’t use them and suggested to use body towel.

Realmente no vale la pena en ningún sentido, no hay atención al cliente no responden tus inquietudes y es prácticamente como que no les importara la situación, el precio que colocan en booking es más elevado que en el hotel y sin desayuno, instalaciones viejas

The hotel is well located. The space is sufficient for two people, with a great use of space.

Cons:

The bathroom sink wasn’t draining; this was reported to the receptionist immediately, but nothing was done. The sheets had some stains. The room was okay, but it could have been cleaner.

Fairly priced business hotel in a great area

Great location, modern look, 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, bottled water, elevator, daily cleaning, nice towels and bedding, air conditioning and ceiling fan, moderately small room, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, very clean,

Cons:

We were on the inner wing where a very loud ventilation system ran all night. We could not open our window and also sleep. They use a very strong smelling cleaning solution so we had to leave the window open during the day and close it at night.

Cómodo y bien ubicado.
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, todo lo que hay para visitar en el centro queda cerca, hay restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas de abarrotes, etc, La cafetería del hotel es buena, precios accesibles. El aeropuerto AICM está a 15-20 min en uber. Otra cosa que quiero agregar es que el servicio que ofrece el hotel de traslados es MUY bueno, los choferes que nos asignaron en cada traslado eran demasiado amables, te hacen sentir seguro, el Sr. Hugo quien es el encargado de coordinar y acordar los viajes siempre estuvo pendiente y atento a nuestras necesidades.

Cons:

Solo hubo un par de cosas que mejoraría y es que en la habitación las cortinas dejaban pasar luz [tampoco fue algo que nos arruinara el descanso, pero es un área de mejora] y a nosotras nos asignaron la habitación 107 por las mañanas muy temprano se escuchaba mucho ruido, no se si eso varia de habitación a habitación.
