Breakfast was satisfactory - very convenient and met our needs nicely. Staff very pleasant and responsive to requests. Suite comfortable. Great location central but in quiet area.

The location was perfect. Right downtown within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and parks. The room was spacious and had everything you could need. Staff were attentive and kind. The price was great.

Breakfast was just pre-wrapped pastries.

Super friendly staff! Easy check in. Huge rooms, fantastic breakfast options. I couldn't be happier!

The pro's: great location in downtown Bellevue next to the mall. Spacious suites with kitchens and sitting areas, lots of room to stay and work if needed. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Free parking in front of tge hotel.
The con's: the place feels dated with some things broken. Sink was dripping. Shower faucet was broken could not adjust temperature had to take cold showers two days in a row. The front desk attendant was not very enthusiastic about helping and nothing was done. Overall the stuff seemed to be unhappy to be there and not very friendly. Breakfast is very minimal best to fix your own in the kitchen.

The initial smell on the first 1st floor was very unpleasant. The room had very bad wall outlets, nothing stayedpl plugged in. Had prop usb plugs or they would stay in the outlets. Also most places have usb outlet near bed or anywhere for that matter. There were none andthe outlets were far away from side tables next to bed. Shower head trickled water.
Room was clean and nice sheets.

The location, staff and cleanliness was great! The hotel itself had an odd smell to it, could be due to age and although they were good quality products, the breakfast food items were all prepackaged snack items. For what I paid, I would've appreciated a hot continental breakfast of some kind. All the small for a hotel, there was ample parking, which I really appreciated, especially being downtown. The noise level while on the main street, was not bad during sleeping hours. We loved the fully loaded kitchen, ample livingroom area and closet space, but would've appreciated some kind of dead bolt or door lock. Safe area but we as single women would've felt safer. It was difficult to charge our devices in the bedroom because the wall plugs were loose. I would suggest having nightstand lamps that have built-in USB ports. 😊

Very comfortable and really nice spaces to spread out, full kitchen, etc.
Location is excellent to walk all over that region of Bellevue...easy to parks for kids, great restaurants and walks down to the lake (but very steep in last 100 yards to water).k
Hotel is retro style and it is like living in an older apartment. Not high tech like large, modern chains, but much more easy living style.
The breakfast is very basic, but OK.
Parking is very easy
We would go back to this hotel for sure if we are in that area again.

We had a wonderful stay at La Residence Suite Hotel. The location is in a quiet area of Bellevue but close enough to downtown Seattle to drive or grab an Uber. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in Bellevue.
The rooms are spacious, very clean and well-maintained and have a kitchen fully equipped with utensils. There's also a laundry room and gym. The kitchenette jn the lobby is always stocked with fruit, coffee and condiments and in the morning they have muffins, bagels, cereal etc. Larry and the team were so friendly and Peanut the hotel cat was the icing on the cake.
Highly recommend!
