Very unsatisfactory. Very dirty bathroom. the room is very bad for me. this first and last time i come and check in this hotel

Comfortable hotel with affortable price.

Pillow and sheet have bad smell. rear park felt less secure and safe. no parking space in front. tiles floor at room is slippery especially when wet feet. wifi is slow and not dependable. no eateries in walking distance during night

Hotel: The check in process was a mess. They wanted deposits when checking in that was not listed when we booked the hotel. No one to help us with luggage to our rooms have to carry them ourselves. Luckily there is a elevator/lift to the floors which makes it a bit easier. The hotel is not near any good food stalls, you have to travel quite a distance to get decent food. The only good thing is that it is near the major market where you can purchase fresh seafood and other products that you might want to take home as souvenirs. They are also near a supermarket which allows you to buy almost anything you need a reasonably cheap price.

Room: Stuffy when we entered. It's like no one has stayed there for a long time. Turned the air conditioning unit on and it took hours before the room got to a nice temperature. The towels are rough and there is no soap, shampoo or other amenities you would normally find at even the cheapest hotel. The shower is ok with hot water. There is no floor mat so there will be wet floors if you walk out of the bath room wet. The window was not locked when we went in and there is a fire balcony and stairs in front of the window which poses a risk of your room being burglarise at any time. It is better to have a room without window as the view is nothing to shout about.

Service: Very very poor. When we ask for soap, extra towels and etc ... the standard answer we don't have extra towels or soap. The reception does not do anything for you except to make sure you pay the deposit and process your checking in/out.

Summary: Will never ever stay in this hotel again for my next trip to Tawau. Will NOT recommend anyone to stay here even if the prices are reasonable because the service and rooms are not up to standard. This place should not be called a hotel.

The facilities are not up to the par. Can't ask for extra pillow. No free soap or shampoo. No window. So just don't stay at this hotel. On my second day, I must go to the counter to update my access card because the door won't open for me. What a hassle

Cockroach found on the bed when we arrived, no running water, and the room smelt terrible. Everything seemed as though it hadn't been cleaned properly in 10 years.

Hotel not well maintain..wall,floor & bathroom dirty..

Room was dusty and dirty. We wanted to check out the minute we checked into our room but we were informed that we were not able to get a refund and they switched us into a cleaner room which was much better. Other than that, bed was comfortable to sleep in. Requested for extra pillows and a three pin plug and staff happily assisted.

good for a few night stay and easy to find good around that area.

I check in this room at 6/8, the whole night I cannot sleep due to the smelly smoke from next door. The next morning I discovered there was a mosquito repellent plug in the socket n it is burnt. It emit uneasy smell. Oh me oh my, luckily didn't occur fire burning. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The cheapest in town but that included a cockroach in my bed and spiderweb around the room and in bathroom. would i stay there again? No
