Pros:

The only good things were the location and the staff. It’s close to Tanah Abang, which is convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, almost every aspect of the stay was disappointing. The breakfast spread did not meet expectations, and the bathroom drainage was severely clogged. Each time we showered, the toilet area flooded, which made the room very uncomfortable to use.
