Townhouse Oak Vera Hotel Near Clark International Airport

Rooms were clean and tidy although they need a some maintenance, the internet was a joke plus the television without internet did not function at all. Breakfast was just Ok considering it was not prepared by the hotel but delivered ... Thankfully we only booked the one night..

Room is spacious

From talking with the staff, property has just changed ownership. There are many unfinished jobs that needed fixing like yelephone

Staffs were great, but one security guard was asleep on the job at the front door when I came in late night.
HOT WATER PLEASE!!!!....it took a long time for the hot water to come out...the reason being?, the hot water heater was broke and the staffs had to shuffle me around room to rooms and from this incident, I became sick for couple of days.I even told the maintenance personnel what problem was, and the next day?, still nothing.
SINKS....I'm 5'6' it was cumbersome for me to use their bathroom sink and I have been in different rooms(across from mine and 1 on 1st floor), if you're a tall person this is not the place for you.

Stay at Vera hotel was very relaxing. The room is large with comfortable bed, easily controlled temperature and large, modern bathroom. The staff was very helpful. Was not able to eat at the breakfast buffet, so cannot rate how it is. The only down side was there is no lift. The hotel has only 3 floors, but stairs are steep and could be difficult if person has difficulty climbing.
