Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement qui nous a totalement conquis .
Pros:

Un personnel accueillant et attentif, complété par un petit-déjeuner de qualité. L'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal en plein centre-ville.

Je tiens à saluer l'écoute du Directeur et sa réactivité commerciale pour résoudre un petit incident rencontré.

Pros:

The location is very central, a short walking distance to everywhere. The staff were super nice and helpful. We could also leave our luggage with them for later pick-up after we checked out, which was very convenient.

Cons:

It is located in a very old building with a sketchy entrance area that could be accessed by anyone, and the room itself could have been cleaned more thoroughly as it was dusty in some spots.

Pros:

The is nicely centrally situated in the city, but out room was nice and quiet.
They must also cook there bread fresh as we had that lovely smell every morning.

The entrance is a bit bleak between shops

Petit déjeuné copieux mais dommage dans une salle sans vue extérieure, on se sent un peu enfermés.

Les chambres sont vraiment mini... portes qui claquent.

Le lit est confortable , la chambre est bien par rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Un peu plus de précision dans le ménage ça serait bien, bien insister dans la salle de bain sur des petits détails sinon tout est propre

Mauvais état du sol, forte odeur d’humidité (suite à un ancien dégât des eaux ?).
