Pros:

The staff were excellent. I made an error in the booking and could have been left out in the heat, but the staff stepped in to fix things ... no drama no hassle. I am very grateful to the receptionist efforts. Great experience all around.

Pros:

The location of the property is really great. Just next to one of the most popular street filled with restaurants and fashion stores and 2 cinemas. Plenty of stuffs to do. The breakfast is great with some decent options.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are abnormally small. The main entrance to the door of the hotel is really not in shape. It’s not maintained it gives the vibes of an abandoned building. Fortunately the hotel entrance are ok. But at night for sure it doesn’t gives a positive impression for the hotel.

De passage juste pour une nuit tres rapide ca passe mais j’y allez surtout pas pour des vacances!
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé par rapport à la gare.

Cons:

Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres de la chambre en période de canicule c’est horrible, c’était sale notamment l’état de la salle de bain… l’entrée de nuit avec ses sans abris juste devant ne rassurent pas non plus. Et les murs sont aussi fins que du papier alors quand il y a des fetards tardifs dans les rues vous profitez de la soirée comme si vous y étiez!

Location was very ideal, right in the center of the city

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved. The extra tissue rolls provided had some hairs, but we didn’t need to use them
