Bed very comfy
Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My room was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom appeared to have been recently refurbished – and it was nice to have a bath to soak in (with so many hotels these days just having showers). The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced, and the freshly cooked-to-order Full Scottish Breakfast was excellent.
Handy location
There was a wedding on the Friday I was there and the disco at night was pounding some unrecognisable bass music.
Beware if there’s a wedding on unless you’re a guest

Nothing everything was lovely
The staff were amazing. We had our mothers 90th birthday there and used the hotel as our base. The staff very well organised and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definately stay there again .
friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room although one of the curtains was hanging off. Food amazing! and the price was as stated, just right for me :)
Curtain should be fixed and an extra soft pillow would be appreciated

the hotel was conveniently located for us .
we had a spacious ,comfortable room, very kindly upgraded for us which was also very clean and tidy .
the staff we met were friendly and couldn`t do enough for us .
breakfast was great ,there was a good selection of continental options and our full scottish was very tasty ,with no long wait .we were served in the conservatory area which was also very clean tidy and quiet .
just what was needed to allow us to enjoy a relaxed sunday morning.
we would happily return.
this is not a complaint ,its a very small thing ....the room we had faced a busy road even into the wee hours, meaning we couldnt really open the window when the room was quite warm . there was a fan ,we didnt want to get up to put it on so it wasnt that much of an issue was it .
