Enjoyable. Not great, but fine.
Pros:

This is a difficult review to write. We, being the teenager and I, stayed. We had no gripes, but neither did we have any joy during our stay.

The room was good, the location was where we wanted it to be, we paid what we wanted to pay. The staff seemed lovely and trained in what they did. Breakfast had one of everything you could ask for.

Everything was fine. Just fine.

It did look very pretty if that helps any.

Home away from home.
Pros:

It had a very cozy homey feeling. The rooms were very nice. The food at the restaurant was very good. The staff was amazing! Angela the manager, is so helpful! I was very impressed!

Good hotel for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Have stayed here many times and the staff are always very pleasant. Good menu choices for eating in the evening.

Cons:

I’d asked for a quiet room, but we were given one at the front where there is a lot of traffic noise.

Pros:

Food disgusting. we were not offered any sauces, salt and pepper mills empty.
2/3 of us left three quarters of our meals. the waitress did not even ask us if the food was ok.
Fish - batter greasy and fish watery
2 pasta's were like cream tipped over spaghetti.

Excellent Accomodation
Pros:

Lovely place to stay, location was great as we were attending a party in Whitburn, food was excellent and the full breakfast was excellent too 😀 price was very competitive for a fully accessible room.
