I recently stayed at Bidwood Hotel, Nairobi, and it was truly an amazing experience. Honestly, I did not expect such exceptional hospitality and service.

The entire team handled everything very smoothly and professionally. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.

A special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Ali Valley, who helped us a lot during our trip. He was very supportive and ensured everything was perfect for us. I am truly grateful to him and very happy to have met such a dedicated and humble person.

Thank you to the entire Bidwood team for making our trip memorable. We will definitely plan to visit Bidwood Hotel again whenever we are in Nairobi.

Pros:

Yes love the fact you are also self catering as I have food allergies and feel safer making my own food. Very rare to find this option that is affordable - similar rate as a hotel.

Cons:

Would be great if you could provide a complimentary pick up and drop off from the airport

An exceptional boutique hotel that truly excels in hospitality. A special shout-out to the staff — absolutely amazing. Every interaction was marked by warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Despite my early arrival, they graciously arranged an early check-in, making the experience feel effortless from the very beginning.

I was welcomed with a lovely refreshment and the team carefully and securely looked after my belongings, allowing me to enjoy the day with complete peace of mind. The service throughout the stay was polished yet personal, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury.

Breakfast was great and thoroughly enjoyable; a touch more variety would elevate it even further. Overall, a truly memorable stay made special by an outstanding team. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

Weekend getaway in Nairobi
Pros:

I love that I was upgraded to a small apartment with a living room. Very convenient for the work I needed to do.

Cons:

I wish they could put in a few plates, some cutlery and chill some water bottles. When you know you have a booking and you're going to upgrade the client, those details make a difference.

המיקום של המלון מושלם. איזור בטוח, יש אבטחה 24/7 והוא נמצא במרחק הליכה של 5 דקות ממרכזי קניות גדולים. צוות המלון מקסים ועוזר בכל בקשה. במיוחד חשוב לי להזכיר את מנהל המלון, אדם שירותי מעל ומעבר לכל המצופה. הוא טיפל בבקשות שלנו באופן אישי לשביעות רצוננו מה שהפך את השהייה שלנו במשך 5 לילות למושלמת. החדרים גדולים ומרווחים, זרם המים במקלחת מצויין ומים רותחים ללא הפסקה. חשוב לציין שיש במלון מסעדה מצויינת במחירים הוגנים שפתוחה 24/7, מאוד נוח שיש שתייה ואוכל בכל שעה שתרצה. לא פחות חשוב...השקט בחדרים והאפשרות להחשיך את החדר.
