Please note that special dinner supplements apply for Ferragosto and New Year’s Eve when booking on a half-board basis. For Ferragosto on 15 August 2026, the supplements are as follows: children aged 3–11 years – 80€, children aged 12–17 years – 155€ and the third adult person – 155€. For New Year’s Eve on 31 December 2026, the supplements are: children aged 3–11 years – 110 €, children aged 12–17 years – 215 € and the third adult person – 215€.
In accordance with Italian law, cash payments are accepted only up to a maximum amount of 4.999,99 € per stay. For payments of 5.000,00 € or more, a traceable payment method is required.

Falkensteiner once again proved its great nature!
Pros:

There was lovely and professional staff, breakfast and dinner very good. Also cleanliness was super!
It was very hot weather, but still the staff was great, they did everything to make customer feel happy and relaxed.
We were traveling with children and Falkensteiner made our very hot weather period enjoyable. We have previously enjoyed a hotel from the same group in Sardinia and did not regret our decision this time either!

Ein sehr sauberes, ruhig gelegenes und stilvoll im Miami-Vice-Look gestaltetes Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück, guten
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage, etwas außerhalb des klassischen Trubels von Lido di Jesolo. Das gesamte Hotel ist im Miami-Vice-Stil gehalten, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Alles ist sehr sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und lässt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Generell sind auch die Restaurants und die Bar wirklich gut.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und professionelle Personal. Bis dato hatten wir in keinem Hotel ein derart zuvorkommendes und zuverlässiges Team. Auch die Pools sowie der private Strandabschnitt sind sehr gut organisiert und lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Was uns persönlich ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen hat, ist, dass das Personal am Pool und am Strand das unnötige Reservieren von Liegen unterbindet. Vielen Dank dafür – auch wenn sich der eine oder andere Gast darüber aufregen mag, bitte unbedingt beibehalten.

Cons:

Kritikpunkte muss man hier wirklich suchen, denn das Hotel lässt insgesamt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Wenn überhaupt, wirkte der Check-in etwas chaotisch, wobei dies hauptsächlich den letzten Teil des Ablaufs betraf.

Angesichts des ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindrucks des Hotels fällt dieser Punkt jedoch kaum ins Gewicht.

Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern empfanden wir außerdem selbst auf niedrigster Stufe als etwas zu laut. Hier wäre eine Modernisierung aus unserer Sicht wünschenswert.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves, segítőkész.

Autentikusabb, igazi olasz konyhát vártunk volna, nagy választékkal, ehelyett büféasztal szerű falatkák voltak jellemzően.
A feltüntetett teljes áron felül számos plusz (rejtett) költséget is levontak.
Előre elkértek egy bizonyos összeget a teljes àron felül az esetleges, a nyaralás közben felmerülő egyéb költségekre. (melyet utolsó nap visszatérítenek, de nem teljesen vilàgos pontosan mit is vontak le belőle, sosem kértünk semmit szobaszámra, nem fogyasztottunk a minibárból)

Sauberkeit, Zimmerservice,Zimmer absolut ruhig(Schallisolierung)-kein Lärm vom Gang hörbar,Service am Strand, Freundlichkeit vom Personal, Frühstück top, Hilfestellung bei einem Problem mit der Weiterreise, Management permanent anwesend,Badetücher am Strand und Pool stets ausreichend vorhanden,Leihfahrräder verfügbar (etwas mehr technische Pflege würde nicht schaden) aber sofort getauscht worden, Shuttlebus und Bootstransfer nach Venedig bei der Abreise perfekt organisiert

Tolles 5 Sterne Hotel,aber noch Luft nach oben.Generalmanager sehr nett und bemüht.

Cons:

Bei Personal gibts noch Luft nach oben,zum Teil dessinteressiert und unhöflich. Zu wenig Liegen bei Pool. Lange Wartezeiten abends bis gewählte Menü serviert wird.
