Pros:

Ambiente, instalaciones y personal muy agradable. Diría que el punto fuerte es la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores sobretodo los camareros. Calidad precio bastante aceptable.

Cons:

La comida no era la mejor, el bufé no tiene un menú muy amplio, se hace bastante repetitivo todo y aunque no está mal se podría mejorar bastante. Y deberían implementar normas en la piscina, algunos huéspedes hacen lo que les da la gana (pelotas, flotadores, altavoces con música muy alta…) algunos huéspedes buscamos tranquilidad y habían ocasiones que había de todo menos tranquilidad.

Enjoyable, restful. Would stay again.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

I was using a mobility scooter and the ramps were shut off in a morning after the cleaning and maintenance round. It wasn’t a problem per se but asked them to stop shutting them off.

Staff sempre disponibile, struttura bella,e anche la posizione vicino all’aeroporto struttura in sé pulita e ordinata

Cons:

Le stanze non erano perfettamente pulite non so forse perché noi siamo italiani. Ci teniamo un po’ di più, ma sulla pulizia si può fare di più. Il resto è stato tutto eccellente.

La amabilidad de los trabajadores.

Cons:

Animación y q solo atendían a la piscina con música y bebidas servidas en piscina a los extranjeros y los españoles q disfrutábamos las tardes de la piscina porq las mañanas las dedicábamos a conocer la isla, no teníamos derecho a la bebida ni a música y menos animación en piscina, aunq se hizo una sugerencia no hicieron ni caso, también quiero reseñar q eche de menos un menú algo especial de fin de semana.

Pros:

Hotel pool was nice and big. Surroundings were pretty and the layout was accessible with prams. Taxis came easy and cost €5 into main town. Or a 25 minute walk.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work very well and not at all in one bedroom. It was very hot at night which was hard as I have two babies. Reception couldn’t offer a fan either. The buffet on all inclusive was average at best. Main food wasn’t great and most nights we ate out. The alcohol was terrible and tasted watered down, and the wine was undrinkable. I would not have paid the extra if I had known this and was very disappointed. I wouldn’t class this as a 4 star hotel due to these factors.
