Questo è il classico hotel che sa di vacanza, relax e tranquillità!
Pros:

La cosa che più mi è piaciuta della struttura era la tranquillità che riusciva a trasmetterci. Questo è merito dello straordinario lavoro di tutto lo staff, che ci ha fatto sentire sempre coccolati.

Cons:

L’unico appunto che vorrei lasciare alla struttura è di pensare a una ristrutturazione dei bagni che, nonostante non siano messi troppo male, potrebbero essere ancora meglio, più in linea con il resto dell’arredamento, pensando di posizione anche i bidet. Altra cosa: per quando il condizionatore non lo abbiamo usato, non è così carino vederli “arrugginiti” (o forse è il vento e la sabbia di lanzarote?)

Hotel et localisation parfaite ,vue magnifique ,petit dejeuné et diner fabuleux.Personnel agreable .

Petit dejeuné et repas fabuleux ,logement impeccable, tres bon accueil .

Cons:

Il y a un supplément ,a notre grande surprise de 3 euros par personne meme si nous prenions que de l eau pour le repas du midi et soir, cela devrait etre inclus dans le prix de reservation .
Nous avions directement reserver a l hotel une sortie pour 4 personnes avec le depliant de l hotel mais malheureusement la personne s est trompé de compagnie . Du coup le circuit était differents ,deçu car le circuit était plus court et le prix était le meme.

Pros:

Ambiente, instalaciones y personal muy agradable. Diría que el punto fuerte es la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores sobretodo los camareros. Calidad precio bastante aceptable.

Cons:

La comida no era la mejor, el bufé no tiene un menú muy amplio, se hace bastante repetitivo todo y aunque no está mal se podría mejorar bastante. Y deberían implementar normas en la piscina, algunos huéspedes hacen lo que les da la gana (pelotas, flotadores, altavoces con música muy alta…) algunos huéspedes buscamos tranquilidad y habían ocasiones que había de todo menos tranquilidad.

It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

I was using a mobility scooter and the ramps were shut off in a morning after the cleaning and maintenance round. It wasn’t a problem per se but asked them to stop shutting them off.

Perfect location, would definitely come back!

Everything was fantastic. Amazing value for money, loved the all inclusive, great food, great staff and amazing set up with the private villas.
