Very nice hotel for family holidays
Pros:

Excellent price and quality ratio
Nice hotel, very good restaurant- all you need for perfect holidays with children
Spacious beautiful area , rooms situated in nice private bungalows
Sports areas for tennis, basketball and beach volleyball- nice to have , but would be nice to clean them up
Nice swimming pool- middle one heated a little bit

Cons:

Tennis rackets were very old and terrible quality.

In general our stay was nice.
Pros:

The location is nice and quiet and still walking distance to the beach and to the center.our suite had a great position next to the pool and the day snack bar.

Cons:

The suite could be in a better condition but since we were not staying in much it was ok. For example there was a constan leaking after every shower. The water was coming out under the bathtub. You cold see they were trying to fix it a few times but only by silicone.
The quality of the food and all inclusive could be better for a 4 star.

Fui con mi familia y reservamos media pensión. Resulta que en este hotel, la media pensión supone que para desayunar si te dejen coger agua de la máquina (filtrada) en un vaso, pero a la noche no. Dicen que si quieres agua a la noche tienes que comprar botella. Pedí una hoja de reclamaciones y al día siguiente ya me estaban dejando una nota en la habitación para que la entregara cuanto antes para que la pudieran gestionar. Y la persona encargada del hotel lo único que decía era que es mi problema si no se lo que reservo (cuando no ponía en ningún lado que podía coger agua filtrada a la mañana y no a la noche). Y que decir de las camas…cuando reservéis el hotel, pedir cita también con un buen fisioterapeuta. El buffet la verdad me pareció de poca calidad, variaban algo la comida pero generalmente siempre había lo mismo. Y que decir del idioma…directamente te hablaban en inglés aunque fueras español…finish? Otro día nos quedamos sin agua caliente en la habitación. Finalmente no puse hoja de reclamaciones pero si queja en booking.

We’ve just come back from a long weekend stay at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were consistently helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay.

What we loved the most was the bungalow-style layout—it offered a great sense of privacy, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. We chose to pay a bit extra for a sea view suite, and it was absolutely worth it. Waking up to those views was a highlight of the trip.

The food was another standout. There was a wide selection of options, all of excellent quality. The fish and seafood dishes, in particular, were exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Empfehlenswerte Hotelanlage mit sehr guter Küche
Pros:

Sehr geräumige Appartements. Sehr ruhig. Ansprechend und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr abwechslungsreich und ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

WLAN funktioniert tatsächlich nur im Bereich der Rezeption und in unmittelbarer Nähe.
