One staff member when checking in, and no staff members when checking out. Bed was ok but the room had broken plug socke
Pros:

Good location and the room was ok for 1 night

Cons:

There was a broken plug socket, with not many other sockets in the room, the bathroom window was constantly open as broken and the was no staff around

Thank you all for an amazing stay!
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, the room was quiet , warm and we had a great sleep! Sadie especially was wonderful and brought up the clothes the staff had kindly been able to dry for us after being out in the heavy rain!

Honestly we felt so welcome and at home here and hope to be back again for sure!

Cons:

Nothing honestly, for the price we paid we were so so happy and comfortable here.

I loved the location as near town and family, the staff are lovely especially housekeeper lady (dont know her name)easy check in and lovely bar

Cons:

The bathroom in rm 103 is really.cold as window does not close properly, needs fixed, and would also suggest updating bathroom suite to nice white ones

Tired and cold, the hotel that is not me.
Pros:

Got in an hour earlier than expected.

Cons:

Heating not on upon arrival, glass bins outside emptied at 6.30 in the morning. Very tired decor and bathroom suite was from a previous generation. Disappointing overall.

We were unlucky , a nice room with s walk in shower( after asking for a change of room) but the bed was horrible. An old spring mattress.

Terrible, absolutely terrible
Pros:

Nothing it was filthy. The carpets in the hall and bedroom were filthy, there was dirt on the walls.
The bathroom door was catching on the floor, there was no warm water in the morning for a shower, breakfast on a Saturday is not until 9 o’clock.
I will never stay there again.

Pros:

Location to park for dog walks

Cons:

Room dated and was frozen bathroom window couldnt close and no heating been switched on. Bed was so uncomfortable and noisy and pillows so flat. No staff around in morning as hotel doesn't open til 4pm. No water bowl for dog. Had to go looking for someone to check on amd get key.
