A two star hotel but I give them three stars for effort of staff

Building is in poor shape, beds were hard, blankets stiff and worn, room was very cold at night

personeel aan de receptie is vriendelijk en behulpzaam

de kamer is zeer verouderd, veel te klein bed voor 2 personen, deur van de kamer : spleet van 2 cm onderaan zodat de kamer 's nachts niet kan verduisterd worden + zeer gehorig

Pros:

I made the reservation via WhatsApp and got a fast, highly professional response. The hotel is well located for tourist needs. My room was roomy, attached to a large, clean, white bathroom. Comfortable mattress; plenty of furniture to lay out my belongings. The furniture was a bit marred and outdated, but given the rate, I’d say that the hotel was a good value. Tips: don’t be put off by the tacky lobby and elevator. Also, a discotheque ½ block away belts out techno music into the night. Ask for a quiet room. Finally, the cab service they use is expensive.

Colorful, comfortable, historical and wonderful!
Pros:

My friend and I loved that it was a beautiful old historic building. It is also perfectly centrally located and we could walk easily to awesome bakeries, restaurants and shops! The staff were all fabulous, kind, thoughtful and helpful!

Cons:

We loved everything about the wonderful hotel! We had a perfect stay!

Great place to crash while exploring CDMX.
Pros:

The location is great. Staff is friendly. Convenient walk to the metro, both for getting to/from the airport and around the city.

Cons:

The beds are on the extra firm side, but we managed by adding some layers.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente, la atención del restaurante de lujo y pudimos entrar a nuestra habitación antes del check in porque ya estaba libre.

Pros:

Good location, in the centre but a bit away from the hustle and bustle. Room has everything needed for a stay. Metrobus 4 to la TAPO passes just by so super useful. Staff were attentive and answered all my questions.

Cons:

Wifi is good but is an open network in the room so not good (network with password only in reception, not convenient). Hotel is on a mainish road so there is typically traffic, but bearable; avoid the weekend if possible (club into early hours Sat, then a bar with pounding music until nearly 11pm on Sundays). A few more hooks to hang things would be useful. There is a safe in room but it didn’t seem to work.

Excelente hospedagem, confortável, bem localizada, limpa.
Pros:

O hotel tem uma ótima localização e o quarto é confortável, limpo, espaçoso, bom colchão, chuveiro quente, funcionários educados. Foi uma ótima estadia!

Cons:

Não tem muitas tomadas disponíveis. Especialmente perto da cabeceira e próximo à penteadeira. O valor da estadia também poderia ser um pouco mais em conta.
