Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht

Die Lage und die Grösse des Hotels!!

Cons:

Es fiel in der ersten Nacht und am frühen Morgen die Heizung aus, so dass es auch am Vormittag kein warmes Wasser gab und das bei Minusgraden. Als wir um 11:00 Uhr an der Rezeption nachhakten , hiess es zwar der Techniker sei im Haus, aber
eine entsprechende Geste oder Entgegengekommen von Seiten des Hotels wäre in diesem Fall angebracht und nett gewesen.
Wir bestellten an der Rezeption ein Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen, von dem die Dame dann im Frühstücksraum nichts wusste. An der Rezeption hatten wir jedes Mal eine andere Ansprechperson.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet, alles war bequem und sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels liegt günstig in Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg in der Nähe von Bus und U-Bahn in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In der Bar kann man auch nach den Rezeptionszeiten kleinere Snacks und Getränke holen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Wasserkocher gebucht, da wir uns selbst versorgen wollten. Beides war da, aber es fehlten Tassen, Besteck, ein kleiner Topf u.ä. Einiges konnte man im EG bzw. UG holen. Barzahlung ist nicht möglich.

Pros:

Bad hell u freundl u sauber u stilsicher

Kein Doppelbett sondern zwei einzelbetten die man zusammengeschoben hat
Ungeschickte Beleuchtung durch Deckenlampe eine stehleuchte fehlte
Zimmer unproportioniert kleine Fläche hohe Decken dunkler Anstrich
Self-checkin mit Hindernissen haustür öffnete sich nicht am Samstag ca 17 Uhr man musste warten bis ein Gast kommt und die Tür öffnet
Duft nach Reinigungsmitteln im Treppenhaus. - Treppenhaus: nadelfilz mit metallkante passt besser zu Jugendherberge

Very nice place. Excellent breakfast. Front desk, and initial access needs work.
Pros:

Beautiful room. Nice view out the window. Very comfortable bed, though a little bit stiff. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Check in was really difficult. We arrived at about 6 PM as I recall. We we did get the message and had the icon to scan, but we couldn’t figure out how to get in the front door. While we were waiting, another renter came by and was nice enough tolet us in the front door. Then we were able to use the code and get our keys and room. It sure would’ve been nice to have had a warm body there to greet us. The next morning, the person who was available at the front desk was very dismissive of our needs, never made eye contact, didn’t smile, didn’t welcome us. She seemed like she really didn’t like her job very much. It would’ve been nice to have had a little bit more of a welcome greeting.

Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, alles notwendige im Uimmer vorhanden

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig, man hat die ganze Nacht gehört wenn Gäste gekommen oder gegangen sind, Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern etc.

Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Kleiner Raum, aber gemütlich. Einchecken ohne Probleme, auch über QR- Code möglich. Supertolles Frühstück, viel Bio, auf Nachfrage auch entcoffinierter Kaffee. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Gute Auswahl an Brötchen, Müsli und Tee. Gab auch Lachs..
