Jardí d'Artà Boutique-Hotel

We had a beautiful time in our favourite hotel and restaurant . All the staff was lovely but we want to specially mention Biel for his kindness and professionalism year after year.
We 100% recommend!

This small boutique hotel is a tranquil oasis in a wonderful hitoric town, very close to the cathedral and castle and surrounded by good restaurants and stunning countryside in the Lavant area of Mallorca. The staff are happy, efficient, and proud of their hotel. There is a great bar and a super restaurant. The breakfast is waiter served and is interesting and creative. There are various seating areas throughout the charming gardens with a sauna, cold pool and warm pool. From the gardens you have views of the mountains and the cathedral and castle. Thank you lovely Jardi staff for making our 3 nights so special. We can't wait to return.

Beauty in all aspects. Beautifully decorated and a lovely garden full of flowers, places to rest , two small pools. There is attention to detail in everything. Wholeheartedness is felt. Restaurant is great. Dinner was very good and breakfast a pure joy. This is a magical place that makes the soul happy . Staff is happy to work here and it shines through , they are lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The garden is absolutely beautiful – a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh ingredients. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly come back again!

We stayed for a week with my daughter and felt right at home. It's beautiful and chic, the gardens and small pools are superb, and the staff is simply adorable and attentive. We strongly recommand this place

My stay at Hotel Jardí d'Artà was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.

The hotel’s gardens and pools are a true oasis of peace. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with beautiful, quiet corners perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serenity.

The restaurant was another highlight. The food was outstanding—full of flavor, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal was a pleasure.

In short, Hotel Jardí d'Artà is a charming and tranquil retreat, perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, excellent service, and an overall high-quality experience. I will definitely be returning.

Delightful boutique hotel with manicured gardens and two Arab style plunge pools. Room spacious with comfy bed. Breakfast served by super Biel , a friendly chap, is delicious- a different juice and delicacy each day with a good bread basket , fruit , yoghurt, cold meat and cheese. The restaurant is high end fine dining but too rich ( and pricey) to have more than once. Altogether a cool place to stay 😎

What a beautiful hotel. Perfect size, super amazing people and the best energy. Very comfortable beds and lots of beautiful outdoor space to be and relax. Delicious breakfast and an amazing restaurant with the best dishes for dinner. Can‘t recommend this place enough.

Everything was perfect: rooms, staff & food.
We had 2 rooms next to each other “Galeria” and they were just right.
The food is delicious but quite expensive - more like fine dining for special occasion.
The garden is the highlight. Just beautiful.

Excellent hotel and nature environment and service! We stayed 3 nights and perfect breakfast with hospitality people., especially Mr. Gabriel, he is always happy and fantastic! We are very satisfied , if possible, we want to come back!
The hotel environment is very quiet and nature. Even winter time, the trees and water are perfectly organized.

A haven of tranquility, high quality and genuine hospitality in the heart of this beautiful ancient Majorcan town. “Team Jardi” were consummate hosts and looked after our every need with Gabriel in particular typifying the professionalism and passion of the entire team there.
We didn’t get the opportunity to have dinner in the restaurant but we will rectify this and we’ll DEFINITELY stay here again.

The food was exceptionally good, very fresh and a love to details. The service was super efficient and very attentive and friendly. And the location / decoration super charming. We cancelled our next days restaurant and came back a second time...and yes it was that good! :-)

This stay was the 3rd year my boyfriend and I celebrated my birthday here.
Unfortunately we won’t be going back!

We had chosen a room we thought was beautiful, right in the middle of the garden, 360 views, stunning, inside and out.
When we arrived the women at the desk (Marta) said the person who stayed in your room wanted to stay another night so I’ve moved you to a different room. (instead of saying to her “I’m afraid this rooms booked tomorrow)
Turns out the room was the total opposite, tucked away in a corner, with a view of the street. It had an extra sofa which was a sofa bed. We realised we had exchanged beauty for an extra bed… we obviously didn’t need. We went straight back to Marta to see what could be done, she said they have no other rooms available at all and that she wanted to please the other customer and not disturb her…..
During our checkout, we explained our dissatisfaction and disappointment to Marta. She took zero responsibility and never once said she had made a mistake, instead we were met with absolute arrogance, even going so far as to suggest it was our fault for not emailing ahead to say “please don’t change the room (that we had specifically booked…..)”
She said “ I don’t know where you’re going with this conversation, the room is the same price”
We tried to explain, it’s the same price because it sleeps 4, not because it’s equally beautiful. Which obviously she knew but was pretending she couldn’t understand (which was infuriating).
If she had any iota of customer service in her we could have left disappointed but not incredibly angry. Instead she was foul start to finish.
We had no recourse as she said her only boss was the owner and he’s in Germany.

We are gutted we won’t be returning because the gardens are magical and literally all the other staff are amazing, Gabriel, willing to bend over backwards to help in anyway, always, Florian (the head chef) and the other chefs a delight to speak to and create amazing dishes and Laura is an absolute ray of sunshine and always makes us smile.
But we cant spend our money there if everytime we go there is a chance we end up getting downgraded with no warning and honestly we refuse to speak to that women ever again…. Just foul!!!!

Ausgezeichnet geeignetes Hotel zum Entspannen, trotz Lage im Ort. Der Garten verleitet zum Vergessen des Alltags, und bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter trockene Liege- und Ausruhplätze.

Frühstück war est ab 8.30 Uhr verfügbar. Haben sich bemüht, bereits ab 8.15 Uhr Tee und Kaffee zu servieren.
