Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly! Getting there from the Burbank airport by car was easy. From the inn, I was able to easily walk to where I wanted to go around Glendale. This is certainly a no-frills establishment and I could hear something like a laundry machine running all night, but it’s a decent place to spend the night with solid service.

Pros:

Older property that could use some updates. Plumbing not the best and AC quit on us for awhile the first night, but then was fine the remain 2 nights. I would stay here again, especially for the current price.

"no fuss" is an apt descriptor. In the best possible way, of course. Very spacious room for the price. Clean, charming and very convenient location. Very friendly staff. Lots of dining and shopping literally next door and right across the street. 100% recommend!

Frint desk staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the room was another matter. The room is very dated. On top of that, the room had dust on surfaces, patched up cracks on walls, and the bed sheets had stains. Not in one spot, but in multiple and i did not sleep comfortably due to the fact they looked and just felt dirty. Room had everything you could need, fridge, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner. Just overall cleanliness was certainly questioned.

Pros:

Thought it was over-priced until I compared the market - aesthetically it could use a refresh. The water was hot, the bed clean (hear that M6) and comfortable and good fridge.

Having said that. The real value of this property is the people and the service. Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help…

Good budget place, great location
Pros:

Chose hotel based on its location. It was very convenient for my needs. The room was very clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Somewhat noisy but it is in the middle of town and noise wasn't too bad. AC/heater quite noisy when running. Fortunately weather was such that it wasn't needed.
