Pas super comme séjour
Pros:

Le personnel accommodant et sympathique

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas représentatif de ce qu'on avais louer. Les lits pas confortable. Le stationnement pour gros véhicule n'est pas accessible pour personne a mobilité réduite chose qu'on avais spécifier lors de la réservation.

Disappointing Stay with Serious Safety Concerns

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here.

From the moment we arrived, several issues made our stay uncomfortable and concerning. The thermostat in our room did not work, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. I was traveling with my 1year old, 7 year old, and 80 year old father-in-law, so maintaining a room temp above 19'C was important for us. Not being able to increase the temperature was especially frustrating as the air circulation system made the room very chilly at night, as it continuously blew cold air on us as we slept. Even more alarming, the curtains were visibly melted and burned at the bottom where they came into contact with the heating unit—this is a serious fire hazard that should be addressed immediately.

The overall condition of the room was poor. The furnishings were worn and outdated, and there was hair on the bedding upon arrival, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

The amenities were equally disappointing. Breakfast was not included, which may have been acceptable if the onsite dining experience had been pleasant—but unfortunately, the staff at the Cosmo restaurant were extremely rude and unwelcoming.

The pool area was in unacceptable condition. There was a visible clump of hair and a used bandage on the floor that remained there for two full days, clearly indicating a lack of proper cleaning. Additionally, the handle for the poolside shower was broken off, making it unusable. To make matters worse, other guests allowed their children to run around unsupervised in areas like the gym and pool. This created a chaotic and potentially dangerous environment, especially in spaces where safety should be a priority.

Overall, this stay was a complete waste of money. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, safety concerns, and negative service experience made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

La superficie de la chambre.

Cons:

La salle de bain avait été mal nettoyé. Le plancher dans l'entrée de la chambre n'était pas propre. Il faudrait mentionner lors de la réservation qu'on est au rdc, donc il y a plus de bruit, avec le va et vient dans le corridor, près de la salle de conférence. Les indications pour le stationnement ne sont pas claires. Le stationnement est très étroit.

Pas impressionné!

Cons:

Au 12e étage, il n’y avait tout simplement plus de plafond!!! Une partie des murs était également arraché. Plusieurs dégâts et signe d’usure dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Très mal insonorisé… Nous avions l’impression de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Nous entendions tout le monde marcher et parler dans le corridor. Pas suffisamment d’ascenseur pour toutes les chambres… Il faut attendre très longtemps pour pouvoir prendre l’ascenseur. Matelas et oreillers pas suffisamment fermes… Bref, pas beaucoup aimé notre séjour.
