État des lieux lamentable!! Très sale !!
Cons:

La chambre qui m’a été attribué était dans un état lamentable !!! Très sale avec des taches partout sur les meubles . Lorsque j’ai vu l’état j’ai immédiatement redescendu à la réception pour le mentionner au personnel en place . Comme il n’y avait plus de chambre de disponible , j’ai demandé un remboursement et trouvé un autre hôtel :(

Pros:

Very busy hotel. Confortable beds, even the sofa bed, and good shower. Good window light blocking. Towels were nice. Easy check-in and check-out. We had a couple hours early check-in because there was a room available.The gym is small, but it worked fine for me. All new equipment. They took a litrle while to fix a broken elevator... it made some lines while waiting in the rush hours.

Cons:

There are major works on the public road in front, but it is not a big problem. Not a hotel fault.

Always satisfied
Pros:

It was easy checking in...everything was accommodating and appropriate to the cost. I loved the bed in my room, it was so nice laying down at the end of day.

Cons:

Long wait for elevators and they're not very big, so luggage trolleys are tight. Parking is tight. Hallway noise is loud...there always seems to be an event with gangs of kids running everywhere, you can hear them....they ride the already tight elevators and press all the buttons...only the unsupervised children.

Pros:

Le rapport qualité-prix de cet établissement est excellent. Il est idéalement situé et dispose d'un parking souterrain. L'accès aux étages se fait directement depuis le sous-sol par ascenseur, éliminant ainsi la nécessité de passer par la réception.

Cons:

L'absence de petit-déjeuner est à noter.
Le service d'étage intervient dès 8h30, alors que l'heure de départ est fixée à 11h.

Pros:

Le personnel était courtois et investi à donner un service de qualité. On à répondu à tout mes attentes sur se point. Les lieux était agréables et propres.

Cons:

Le stationnement de l’établissement était en rénovation. Ce qui donnait une accès limité au place pour notre auto . Lorsque nous arrivions à des heures peu orthodoxes, il était impossible de se stationner. Nous avons du défrayer les couts pour payer le stationnement supplémentaire au restaurant du Cosmos pour une nuitée. Sans quoi, j’aurais donné un 10/10 pour notre séjour.
