Rodeway Inn & Suites Omak - Okanogan

The beds were broken, there was no tvs in any rooms, there was mold all over the shower curtain, and the mini fridge was broken. The window curtain rod was broken and hanging, and the curtains were too small for the windows. The lights above the beds were crap, one of them had no light bulb and had no where to plug it in at

My room had no tv and the wifi wasn't working. Didn't find out until check in

The outside is run down got to the room bed skirt ripped and hanging down from the bed room had unpleasant oder didn't feel comfortable requested a better room they moved us to a suite the key wouldn't come out of the door. the cupboard doors were falling off and refrigerator under the sink handle broken! the table was old and chairs were mental wire chair that was broken and rusty we requested our money back and moved to a better hotel. our friends stayed in their room and it had dirty underwear under the bed! This place needs a complete makeover

On arrival I was told they had no TV signal. I believe no one in the whole place had tv. That is unacceptable. Television is a necessity in a motel. The rooms are old and run down and, minimally clean. They had put a king size bed in our tiny room and you could hardly walk around it. I am glad we had brought our own pillows, and only had to stay one night.

The 3 star rating is a complete error. I don't actually know where to start on how bad this accommodation is. Room was not clean and the chair in the room looked like someone had died on it. The finish in the room looks worn and full of cracks and stains. The room smelt terrible. There was no TV and the bed lights had nowhere to plug in. My wife and I felt unclean after being in there. Next is the location and other guests - down town in a very rundown area and this accommodation caters for some long term guests who are not in the best place. I genuinely woke numerous times to shout and was very concerned about the security of my vehicle.

The management required to see an additional credit card despite my having paid through booking.com. This was a unilateral decision by the management. I travel with 2 cards, most don't. That is a bad business practice and calls into question the integrity of the property owners.

Mattress was comfortable but sunk towards the middle causing my partner and I to roll towards each other. Lights over headboard didn't work and bathtub plug didn't fit.

This is simply an old hotel with old bathroom fixtures. I rented a room that advertised a whirlpool tub but it wasn't hooked up. I wasn't charged extra but it is disappointing. Door jam had obviously been busted in at some time in the past. I would not trust for security and the stairs to the second floor need to be welded properly.

No mattress pad. Skeet on mattress. Sheet stainef.
Towels were stained and dingy gray.
The table was filthy around the legs and under them.
The room wasn't ready when we checked in. There was garbage stacked up and overflowing im the garbage can outside the door
The pavement outside the door was filthy and stained. When I picked up my little dogs dish there was a pile of ants.
