It was easy to find and had good water pressure in the shower
The room was not clean. The carpet was stained and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The bathroom was not clean and I had to go to the store to get cleaning supplies and clean it myself, along with every other surface we thought we might possibly touch. There was something brown smeared on the wall by the window. The metal tissue box cover in the bathroom was full of rust spots. When we asked for a new room, none were available and the owner did not offer to clean it or give us new sheets or give us a discount. There was no soap in the bathroom and we had to ask for more towels. Both chairs in the room were stained and not clean.
Very nice Food was ok
The back door to get into hotel was not secure. It was left open for anyone off the street could come in. I closed it several times. I want to feel safe in a hotel and I did not feel safe.
The bathroom in 105 has mildew in it growing around the corners should be cleaned up immediately before it spreads.
Desk in lobby was not attended to at all times. At least leave a phone number if we have concerns or questions.
The motel is in close proximity for my fishing trip on the Santiam R.
two light bulbs were missing in the room
Location
Breakfast sausage was still frozen. No eggs. Toilet paper in room was not full, nor folded up or presentable. Roller to hold toilet paper was broken, too. Only one small pillow per person on bed. Mattress was not aligned on box spring when we arrived, and bedsheets and bedskirt were not on properly. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo and 2 sets of towels for a 4 person room.
Was easy to check in. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to highway to go explore the area. Had a continental breakfast every morning.
Very affordable. No bedbugs and it didnt smell like cigarettes or anything bad. Easy access to the room from multiple entry points and the staff/owner is approachable. AC works super well!
Look, this is a small operation with what I'm guessing is very little staff. Beds are hard but they dont have bedbugs. Are they cleaning the headboard by the mattress, probably not. Would i shower or swim in the pool, no. You can if you want.
Mattresses literally had piss stains on them. Do NOT stay here
It was not a clean facility
Great breakfast and plenty of space to eat.
The only thing edible at breakfast was the coffee which I had to request be made.
Although the person checking us in was very polite she was way too chatty and it was excessive! Being polite is one thing, holding people hostage to hear your life storage is another.
The in room coffee is meaningless. Yellow water came out at first in the tub until it cleared up.
Large room with firm king size bed, fridge/freezer (bit noisy though), table & 2 x chairs, air-con/ heater, quite location.
Noisy fridge, bath plug did not seal, guest litter bins at side access was overflowing.
