Pros:

Least expensive room in the area. New flooring and paint in our room. Ice maker was working. Employee was helpful.

Cons:

Our room was remodeled and newly painted. However at 3 am we had water dripping from the ceiling on to the microwave, refrigerator and across the floor. We placed all the towels to stop it from going any farther. Their electric outlet was overloaded. Lost electric to that side of the room. But they reset it within minutes. It worked the rest of our stay.

Third time staying here.
Pros:

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We have been there each time at this time of year. It appears that they are updating the rooms. Our room looked like it had new carpet down and the bed felt brand new too. The blankets were newer and the fridge appeared to be newer. It also felt like there may have been new owners as they were more polite than in the past and I don't remember the people we saw this year in the past.

Cons:

There was mold at the end of the shower by the faucet and shower head. It needed a good bleach scrub.

Pros:

It was easy to check in and I didn't have to pay a deposit. The woman who checked me in was nice.

Cons:

There was a cockroach on the wall when I woke up and the shower had so much mold in it I was scared to shower. Btw this was mold that came off. I took a rag and started wiping and it was coming off the tile. So that means no one is cleaning the shower walls.

Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area
Pros:

Our TV wasn't working when we got back at 2 am, and they went Above to fix it and just brought us another one. They had no problem accommodating us when booking.com screwed up our reservation.

Fiirst of all, there was a pool of water, right in the entrance of my room door, my pants got soaked getting in and out of the room.The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The shower curtain was dirty and moldy the walls were filthy and gross. I feel I should get my money back because this was a traumatic experience. I had to put the curtain outside of the tub to take a shower because it was that disgusting I didn't want it to touch my legs or any parts of my body. The floor was soaked as a result and I had to lay towels on the floor to wipe up the water. This room should have been rented. The only reason I stayed is because it was late, I was driving from Canada all day, I didn't know where else to go and the room was paid online.
I wish there was an option for video. I didn't take pictures I took a video.

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

Cons:

Room was filthy, mouse droppings, hair in the shower, broken toilet seat, empty water bottle on floor, terrible odor in the room.
