Pros:

What a clean and friendly hotel! Pool was clean and small. Jacuzzi was hot and bubbly.

Cons:

One Staff almost ran an old lady over trying to get into the elevator with his cleaning cart and didn't even apologize. It was the only sour point of the visit.

So happy with our stay in Sturbridge!
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 night for my son’s wedding. We had an amazing time! Everything was excellent — the rooms were large and comfortable. The only downside was the outdoor pool wasn’t operational. We took advantage of the “late bar” option for an after party and Christine the bartender was fabulous!

Por equivocación seleccioné una noche anterior a cuando íbamos a acudir les informé y me dijeron que en caso de cancelar tenía coste, cosa que entiendo, pero no me dijeron que al no acudir la primera noche se anulaba la segunda, porque si me lo hubieran dicho, hubiera cancelado con coste. Cuando llegué al Hotel, no había reserva y tuve que pagar un cargo adicional para que me dieran una habitación aún habiendo pagado dos noches. Booking nos hizo cargo de nada han perdido un cliente

Clean hotel but lacking sleep comfort
Pros:

overall the place is clean and nice. Hot tub and pool are nice.

Cons:

overall the place is clean and nice. However, the most important part was lacking. Mattress was so so. Pillows were terrible, we could not get a good night sleep at all.
