Great stay! My son and I just wanted a pool get away near by. Top floor newly reno’d. Lower had active reno’s so on site

Top floor was newly renovated, pool/hot tub on property.

Cons:

Pool was quite old, dingy looking- but water itself seemed clean

Nice location, friendly staff. But don’t stay here until renovation is completed.
Pros:

Property is a good location. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Our room was newly renovated. Warm and comfortable.

Cons:

The new toilet was very low.
The entire parking lot was full of snow with hardly any parking spots, days after a snow storm.
The hotel was under renovation. This was not posted on the website when booking. I wouldn’t have booked here, had I known.
The hallways were a mess everything had a layer of dust. I have asthma.
The fire alarm went off at 1:00 am. It was -7 degrees outside. Once we were let back in and managed to fall asleep. The fire alarm went off again at 3:26 am. Once again, false alarm. We hardly slept at all.

It made me feel like I never want too stay at a low end hotel like this again even if it’s convenient

Cons:

It felt so low end and not clean. Ac barely worked and shower curtain was dirty. The free breakfast was such a disappointment, they ran out of eggs by 9am and have like one yogurt
