No the best place to stay, needs updating and cleaning.
Pros:

Location and close to an excellent dinner with great homemade food.

Cons:

Windows dirty into pool, didn't look at all inviting. No hot tub. Overall didn't look clean. Back door to property was unlocked and didn't lock at all.

The room had funny smell and the bathroom was not great.I use this hotel Everytime I go to see my inlaws.I wish they can improve some of the things in this hotel ie bathrooms in the room,better bigger towels,fresh smell of rooms and warm swimming pool

Front desk grifter, overcharging for incidental deposits on points stays
Pros:

Never got my room, some rude foreign guy said he didn't like my girlfriend and booted us when she questioned him blatantly overcharging us for an incidental deposit that 3 customer service reps agreed should have been significantly lower. He's grifting guests and should not be allowed to work in the industry anymore if not in jail. Extremely inconvenienced for being experienced enough with the chain to know the prices... rude af. Definitely proceed with caution ⚠️

Cons:

The toilet flooded and they charged us $250. We informed them right away of the issue, but they blamed us for misuse and charged a $250 damage fee. The staff was rude about the incident and did not even clean up afterwards. They left all of the towels in our room and blamed us for the flooding when the toilet just did not turn off and kept running.

Very disappointed. Hotel was very poorly lit. All decor very old and shabby.

VERY limited selection. No hot items. Rooms were filthy. Cobwebs in corners, mold in shower, rusted vent covers, dirty lamp shades. Water damage on ceiling….
