Good value but the smell in the room was very off putting.

A fair stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good, there were many selections to choose from. Everything looked fairly clean walking in.

Cons:

The tubs could use a deep clean. At least the tub we had. Magic eraser, some bar keeper's friend cleanser or bon ami so it doesn't scratch too much. Maybe half of the pillows can be a little bit smaller and softer. I sleep on soft pillows so does my husband so we had to fold up the duvet to get a decent night's sleep. Little things like being able to rent a roll away or an extra bed so that my larger boys could each have their own bed. There were a lot of mixed reviews about the property so we came prepared and we were pleased that things were not as dirty or messy as some of the reviews stated. The hair dryer had varied electrical issues. It seemed like it was struggling to do its job properly.

Our stay wasn’t horrible but I’ve stayed in much nicer at the same price point.

There was an unpleasant smell when you walked in. It wasn’t overpowering, but noticeable. Also the shower was not very nice. It was old and the faucet was not attached properly and very old.

Pros:

The price was good but you get what you pay for.

Cons:

The breakfast area was not very clean. There was noise and traffic in the hall until late hours. We were at the end of the 1st floor and the ourside door at the end was propped open. There were 2 little pillows on each bed.

The young man that managed the property sevegn ? He wore glasses. He’s young man from India, extremely polite, extremely helpful. He does everything he can and goes above and beyond tell people even when they’re booking might not be correct or something goes wrong. He goes out of his way to try to make things right and help others. He’s always working very hard and he has a very nice personality and as a good human being who works hard. It seems like the management or the company could give him More help to accomplish his job. Better so much is put on his shoulders and it seems like the company doesn’t give him the help that he needs being more maids maybe better beds update the hotel more help in the breakfast but he’s a very good person and the best part of this hotel in our stay!

Cons:

There were not enough maids, not all of the rooms were kept consistently cleaned or maintained because they didn’t have enough maid service and they had no elevator! They operate under Wyndam yet the people that owns the hotel before them. I’m still working at the restaurant in the parking lot, which is really good. Don’t miss out eating there and when they sold out to these other people they quit taking care of the property and put so much on that young man’s shoulders, but there’s only so much she can do because so much they’ll allow him to do and they won’t give him the resources to better the property higher more help and even create a better breakfast

The location was good

Cons:

It was not clean. And need lots of maintenance. Towels were thread bare. Hall way and lobby smelled. Shower definitely needed maintenance. Bot dripping,actually running.

They ever charged me the manager argued with me. Everything was dingy paint, falling off walls, etc. at breakfast. They ran out of everything.

Cons:

This proper is important condition and management and staff or disrespectful to the guest while I was at the front desk because our telephone didn’t work somewhere was there because the TV was broken

Pros:

Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was firm and slept well. A/C worked well.

Cons:

There was a broken pipe from the shower above my room. When the person above me took a shower st 4am, it flooded my bathroom. I was unable to take a shower that morning and the tainted shower water splashed out in the bathroom before I could close tbe curtain. Definitely sub standard for Wyndham.
