Pros:

Check in and check out process very easy. Old facility. Clean. Could not find a comfortable medium with the shower head, it was either too strong or too weak. The pool was clean. Indoors. There was a strange hose pour cold water into it.

Cons:

Shower head should be more comfortable and the pressure needs to be fixed.

Would not stay again.
Pros:

The near by Creamery was good but the pawn shop down town was the best part of Beaver Utah!

Cons:

The town of Beaver had just flooded so will give a little latitude. Hotel looked completely dis shoveled, falling apart, smelled pretty bad throughout. I feel a small part was due to the flooding but I think overall the hotel is just falling apart. The included breakfast was, to say the least, atrocious, and I’m not a picky eater. Only positive was the location was good

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

We were reserved 2 rooms, and both had problems. The bathroom in the 1st room smelled like sewer gas. The front desk said because we hadn't unpacked, he would let us move to another room. My SIL was in 2nd room...and after she unpacked, she discovered her toilet wouldn't flush. The attendant accused her of breaking the toilet, didn't even look at it, and reluctantly offered another room after I asked for his supervisors name.

A great hotel
Pros:

Unsafe property!!
Pros:

Front desk person was pleasant. Front lobby was nice.Floor inside our room looked newly replaced with vinyl.

Cons:

Huge hole in the ceiling in the hallway with exposed pipes leading to our room.Ice machine was filthy. Water-damaged ceilings above our beds.The beds were lumpy and there were no blankets , just a thin top sheet and coverlet?Exposed electrical outlets with tangled wires.Very poor lighting. Only 1 small trash can.Door to room wasn't secure.Dead bolt didn't engage completely and screws were loose.I put a chair in front of the door at night.The walls weren't painted completely.The bathroom was dirty.The towels were worn out and gray at best.Door to bathroom wouldn't close.The tub was unsafe. Safety stickers had been removed and it was very slick with no bar to hold on to.The toilet was so old and low to the ground.The whole room was in terrible shape.The electrical outlet I tried to use to charge my phone got very hot so I disconnected it promptly because I was worried about a fire starting. I got up at 3am and left very early because it felt so unsafe.
