Clean, as expected, charming building, friendly staff, pool was enjoyed, breakfast was convenient
The location was perfect for us - close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The staff at the front desk were always helpful & friendly.
I had read where the rooms were cleaned every third day but when it didn't happen - I had to ask for the service because they were at full capacity and only doing the rooms that requested service. Also had an issue with parking due to the number of motorcycle guests - they should be required to park 2 bikes in 1 space in order to have room for everyone.
The breakfast was great. Definitely one of the best parts of the value of the hotel.
Breakfast quiche was delicious.
Everyone at the hotel was friendly and genuinely cared to provide excellent service. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend and will keep doing so.
The room was comfortable but a bit small for 4 people. The price was good. They have a nice swimming pool. The grandkids enjoyed it so much.
The noise was terrible. Cars, trucks, and motorcycles went down the road. Our room faced the road, and the hotel sits close, so we heard it all.
The location, and the beautiful Victorian furniture in the lobby. It was only a couple of miles to The Passion Play.
Our room was clean, but it smelled like a dill pickle. After a while, we got used to it. We were just there to shower and sleep.
Friendly staff good location
Outdated room, lots of flies coming from somewhere, bathroom fan stopped working and made loud noise so couldn’t use the fan which in turn couldn’t use the light
The hotel staff at check in were lovely. The location and the room itself were nice but it looked better in the posted photographs. The room was a bit messed up here and there (door was banged up and didn't quite seal shut, the cabinet that housed the refrigerator and microwave was broken, and the floors weren't properly vacuumed before we arrived. We found candy and other food pieces on the carpets. The room was quite moist granted it was summer and quite hot out so the air conditioning was running continuously.
The cleaning staff were men and they looked a bit rough. I felt slightly uncomfortable leaving my belongings when we were out and about in Eureka Springs. Nothing happened to any of our belongings. Just as women traveling alone it was slightly concerning having these rough looking men cleaning the rooms.
Good location.
The property needs maintenance/updating.
Location is good
The breakfast is disproportionately small for the number of guests, we went elsewhere
Great staff good free breakfast
Could use some updating, wallpaper coming off walls in areas
The location was great, the breakfast was superb, enjoyed the landscaping and the views, and the staff was kind and respectful in all my questions from check -in to check -out. I would definitely recommend.
My only ONE disappointment was that with myself being disabled it was difficult to go from my room to the vehicle. I would have to park in which ever stalls were available for I didn’t see any disabled parking stalls on the premises.
Laundry wasn’t working
Bed was very old and hard
