Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.
Pros:

The staff was amazing from the front desk to breakfast and even the laundry attendants. Bed was a bit hard for my taste, but ok. Room was clean, they accommodated all three rooms we reserved to be together. Would definitely stay again.

Bed was a bit harder than I like, but okay. Stil rested fairly well.

Our first room smelled terrible of mold and cat pee. We mentioned this to the front office and they moved us immediately. Our second room was clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Location was good with easy access to various locations and historic downtown. Breakfast was very good and plenty of seating.

Cons:

We had a jacuzzi tub which was very tall and hard to get in and out of. We had no problem but it would be a problem for some.

The salt water pool. The room was good and cleaned

Cons:

Air conditioner made awful noise couldn’t hardly sleep. It was a long way to go down to get to eat breakfast. You had to do two flights of stairs very inconvenient.

OK but disappointed
Pros:

Location was perfect for a wedding event we were attending. Kind staff. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I was disappointed. I know most places in Eureka Springs are older, but I thought, if we do a hotel chain, it will be better, but it was not. Musty smelling older room. The sink was not draining when we got there - it was fixed, but it was also obvious that it wasn't the first time it was an issue.

Love the sleep time because the beds!
Pros:

The beds are the best! Bestest pillows, comforter and mattress ever! Also the Victorian decoration, the gardens and the hot breakfast were fantastic.

Cons:

The shower, the cold water doesn’t have pressure and the humidifier was loud but like a squeaky sound. Also the AC feels like humidity.
