Awesome Customer service by Danny & Top 10 breakfasts of All time at a hotel!
Pros:

Incredible hotel. Best quality ,price & service all a 10 out of 10! The staff is incredible. The main worker Danny is a gem of an employee! Mary,Chris, Cheryl,Doug and the owner Patsy are AMAZING! They really go above and beyond for guests! The rooms are CLEAN & cozy & just comfortable. Close to all things fun in town. The price is fair! I do have to point out the BREAKFAST is hands down comparable to a French Bistro! Again a special shout out to Danny who is the standout of the whole place.Highly recommended when you visit Eureka Springs!

A comfortable night in a beautiful setting.
Pros:

Beautiful lobby and grounds. You felt like you were in a forest. The freshly baked goodies at breakfast were fabulous.

Nice stay for the price, could be noisy in the AM.
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable overall. Breakfast was decent as well. Easy to find location.

Cons:

The main road being as close as it was made it slightly annoying in the early hours when traffic started to pickup. The breakfast area was set apart from the main lobby and room area so it maybe difficult to get to for visitors that have mobility issues especially with stairs.

Disappointed in room quality
Pros:

Pretty grounds. Breakfast room nice and descent choices.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned. There were food containers left from previous occupants and candy wrappers on floor. No covers on wall outlets.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was beautiful, clean & such a good value. The location was perfect & would love to stay here again!

Great stay
Pros:

My son was very excited because the breakfast had scrambled eggs. The location was fantastic, so close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and we had a great time.

Cons:

There isn't anything I didn't like.

Everything was clean, good breakfasts and staff was nice. Loved the soft pillows.

Cons:

The air conditioner was a loud and wouldn't stay on to keep the room at the desired temp. Needs more signage for breakfast area.
