Great staff and easy access to plenty of activities.

Cons:

The only thing I did not care for was the smell of our room. It was pleasant, but the room had a strong smell of essential oils.
It was easily aired out by cracking the window. It DID smell clean.

Cons:

Carpeting in the rooms give off a musty smell. Non carpeted rooms are best. Recommend to remove carpet in the rooms!

Pros:

We asked for early check in and it was confirmed for me to have a call ahead. Unfortunately, I had my grandson and it was an extremely busy day as our families were preparing for a wedding, and I did not have time. Upon check in I was delighted to find out that the room was ready. The room itself exceeded our expectations. The staff we encountered throughout our stay were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice as well. I would definitely recommend our room for a family looking for a nice friendly family atmosphere with a great pool. OH! And the refrigerator was actually cold! Which was great when I unpacked all of the toddler's food!

Cons:

Upon check in the hostess was somewhat rude, as though I was bothering her walking up to the counter. I told her who I was and she said "Oh yeah. You were supposed to call ahead. AND you requested a pack and play." Yes, that is all true. I stated that my daughter had actually packed one, so if that was not available that was no problem, and that if the room was not yet available we could go to the wedding venue and check in after. She then, less than enthusiastically, said "no, its already there, and it IS ready. " Strange that the first actual person I interacted with was less than friendly. I would have expected a hostess to at least suggest I pull around to the other entrance being that I was checking in with a baby.
