The property is in good location and the staff was nice

Cons:

The pool was not working and when I went to work out majority of the machines did not work. The ice machine on the second floor did not work and phone in our room. My husband had to go to front desk and let them know the air conditioning was not working. The lady on call did put us in another room on 1st floor. The breakfast was decent but the bacon was so thin and eggs were powered eggs

It was comfortable and ok for a short stay.
Pros:

It was clean and close to the funeral home.

Cons:

It was run down. Chips in the walls and dingy. The price was too high for the quality of the building.

To many small things to take away from a decent stay.
Cons:

Drive way was hard to find in the dark. Breakfast seemed reduced in looks. Coffee came out of a machine. No ice on three floors. Room had a strong smell that didn't agree with me. Strong enough to be on my clothes when I reached home. Never could get the tv to work by working the controls. Lastly I had to call to get my rate properly set on my bank card.

Cons:

Usually no issues but this time the room smelled musty. Almost like It had recently flooded or something. I know they had recently had storms and heavy rains. Just smelled like maybe the room had flooded a bit recently and wasn't quite dried out yet.

We had no significant problems. Most everything was fine!
Pros:

Staff were great! Friendly and helpful. They had the first floor handicap room as we requested.

Cons:

Room 104 needs carpenter/plumber for some work! The commode was not fully attached, upon every sitting and rising you would hear and feel a clunk. The outlet by the sink looked awful, did take a picture! It looked unsafe as it was out of the wall. Room definitely needs a paint job! Thanks!

Pros:

Mrs. Carolyn was very nice and curious and very respectful she was very attentive to our needs

Cons:

I would have loved some better toiletries in the restaurant better soaps they were wonderful shampoos and conditioners but nobody washes for a compliment or tootbrush or toothpaste

Friendly front desk staff but housekeeping needs step it up
Pros:

Good food but we missed having fresh fruit as normally served with continental breakfast
The bed was comfortable.
The lady checking us in was friendly (grey headed woman)
We got late check approved for 1 of our rooms.

Cons:

The sheets were dirty with what looked like pubic hair and dried skin. I stripped the bed and went to the front desk and got fresh sheets & I changed the bed. The bathroom was dirty too and had mildew or mold on tile. We needed more wash clothes
