Location was great, our room was spacious and clean, and the reception staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious.
Long wait for breakfast, there was a line up to even enter breakfast room, posting waiting time at the entrance is useful but doesn't solve the problem. Only one elevator ( again, long wait ). Extremely low water pressure in bathroom sink. It's not a big deal for a short stay.

The location was within walking distance of downtown Charlottetown. The room was nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was always parking available, too.
The breakfast experience was unfortunately not an enjoyable one - it took almost a half hour to be served coffee and water, and over an hour to get our hot breakfast.

Very nice, clean and friendly staff.
The room was very comfortable, big enough for 3 people, comfy beds. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff, although we arrived one hour early and it was disappointing that room was not available. The hotel was full, not enough parking spaces, the hotel staff let us park to the side of the entrance.
Parking lot did not accommodate a full hotel.
Visit included a delicious breakfast.
